They were an hour late! My reception started at 6 and they arrived 15 min before with 4 staff members who needed to set up and tie 180 cushion seats. I was VERY unhappy with their service. It was ridiculous how late they were and their lack of communication with who i had left in charge. My friend called and they told her they were 15min away, 30 min she called numerous times and did not receive an answer. An hour later they arrived...late!!

When i came back from my honeymoon i called to complain and was told they were "a few minutes late due to an address confusion with a previous event". I emphasized it was not a few minutes! They offered me $100 back (they already owed me $80 because i reduced the chair amount so really only got back $20). To top it off guest told me the gold paint from the chairs stained their suits. What horrible service!
