We debated whether or not to hire a limo for our wedding given the cost and relative closeness of our reception venue to the church. After calling several companies we ended up going with Royal Coach. I worked with the owner's daughter (sorry, can't remember her name!) and she was very friendly from the beginning. Other companies just gave us the price and that's it. With Royal Coach it was different--she shared the cost (reasonable), condition of their limos, and explained that gratuity was included, which was a huge bonus. We didn't want to have to think or deal with that on our wedding day. Our driver, Danny, was polite and drove very safely. The condition of their car was great! We were so glad we rented a limo for our special day and we'd absolutely go with Royal Coach again if we ever needed to rent again.

Melissa from customer service was very helpful as we were booking, and the process was very straightforward. We were able to pay in advance (including gratuity), which meant one less envelope to worry about on the day! The limo arrived where and when it was requested, and our service was exactly what we needed.
