The Rough Rider Center has several event spaces available for couples to use on their big day. The Convention Hall, the more traditional option of the spaces, is a large 5,300 square foot ballroom. It can house wedding celebrations of 15-300 guests and offers views of the artificial turf football field, as well as the modern golf course. Couples are welcome to break the room into smaller spaces should their occasion demand it by using portable walls. Guests are welcome to explore the adjoining patio, adding an outdoor element to the day. The venue also features access to a convenient waitstaff kitchen for a stream-lined reception. Here, the staff will find refrigerators and warmers for meal preparation. On the lower level, a full industrial kitchen is also available and features anything a caterer may need to prepare a meal, large or small. Other venue options within the facility have the ability to cater to much larger weddings and events. The 22,000 square foot Field House is a versatile space with curtains available to divide it into 2-3 separate spaces. The Rough Rider Center Arena is another large-capacity option at 27,500 square feet, also equipped with curtains to section off the space into 2-3 smaller areas. Lastly, the Upper and Lower Concourse areas are both extremely versatile, modern options. Connecting all aspects of the Rough Rider Center, it is beautiful and spacious with an abundance of natural light and wooden accents.

The Convention Hall features a selection of equipment to enhance both ceremony and reception, including projector screens, and sound systems. In the larger kitchen, the staff will find a large refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher, as well as stoves, ovens, and prep tables. A commercial ice machine ensures beverages are kept chilled, no matter the weather. The center has an extensive menu for couples to browse, with dishes like beef prime rib, loaded potatoes, and tiramisu on offer. If there is a specific dish that you want to eat on the day, the team is happy to work with you on a solution. Elegant hors d'oeuvres are also available, ideal for keeping guests satisfied while they mingle at a cocktail reception.
