Facilities and Capacity

The Odessa Event Center is the gem of Eastbay Campground, ideal for events of all kinds. The significant event space features high, vaulted ceilings and large, light-filled windows that look out onto picturesque views of the lake. Delicate light fixtures cast a warm glow over the area, and wooden side paneling gives off a rustic, barn-style aesthetic. The open-plan layout of the room lends itself well to all manner of setups and can comfortably accommodate up to 400 guests. There is also a balcony upon which to enjoy the scenery and ample outdoor spaces, such as the gazebo, for couples to make use of during their celebration.

Services Offered

The Eastbay Campground team wants to ensure the planning process as stress-free as possible. Couples can make use of their tables and chairs, and other additional rental items to populate and dress the space. Their talented culinary staff, led by Executive Chef Sue Zierle and Sous Chef Bill Zierle, can create a delicious menu for the evening. They can create anything from classic home-cooked meals to fine dining dishes, or even sushi. The whole team will work together with you to make your event one to remember.

Dates for Availability

The Odessa is available for rent from Mid April to Early November with the exception of Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend and Labor Day weekend.
