Would highly recommend Maggie and her colleagues for anyone with an upstate/central NY wedding! They traveled to Ithaca for our 8 bridesmaids and 1 mother of the groom and did a fantastic job start to finish. They also had a wonderful presence about them. Each girl asked for something different and they fulfilled each desired style with ease! Honestly, all of the girls looked so fabulous and incredible hugely thanks to Maggie!!!!

Maggie was nothing short of a miracle worker for making my wedding day vision a reality. I could not have asked her to do a more amazing job at capturing my perfect hair style and completing my look. I cannot recommend this salon enough for their magic in being able to really bring to life exactly what the bride wants on her big day.

I had 7 bridesmaids, myself, and my mom to get hair and makeup for my wedding and the So Pretty team did it all. I loved having one vendor for both hair and make up. I knew they did good work from the pictures that I had seen but I cannot express how obsessed I was with my bridal hair and makeup. They nailed it. My bridesmaids and mom were also super pleased. My mom being of a certain generation is very particular about her hair and makeup too. Definitely worth the price for me and I paid for everyone’s hair as a gift. They worked with me to do multiple trials and also to find the stylists that fit my style the best. Can’t say enough good things about the team there and if you have the chance, get other services for hair at their main location in Endicott, they are so fun and welcoming.

So Pretty Studio did the hair and make up for my wedding on 07/30/22 and did an exceptional job. We had two stylists for 9 people and even though time was very limited, they were communicative about this ahead of time and gave us all of the information we needed to prepare for the day of. They were both flexible and efficient in making sure that everyone was all set by the time we had photos. Everyone was very satisfied and felt confident with how they looked which clearly shone through in our wedding photos especially. I had a specific look in mind for my bridal look and they pulled it off exactly how I envisioned so that I felt like myself. Maggie and her team did hair and makeup for my wedding party and our parents and grandparents; everyone was absolutely stunning and so happy! Maggie and her girls were excited, kind, enthusiastic, honest and supportive! The can also cater breakfast so you get everything in one spot and can get ready for your wedding stress-free. I would absolutely recommend them for your wedding party!

When I asked Maggie to be the hair stylist for my wedding, I knew she was already great. But the work she did was better than I could have ever imagined. I had never felt so beautiful in my life, and her work was a huge contributor in that. Maggie is professional yet so funny and down-to-earth, and she put out such good, positive vibes on the morning of the wedding. We loved chatting with her and having her as part of our getting ready process.

Additionally, Maggie’s mother has a catering business, Fancy Nancy, where she delivered breakfast for myself and the bridesmaids the morning of the wedding. It was just one less task that we had to worry about planning, and the food was fantastic. The two of them together are amazing and I cannot recommend either of them enough for your special day.

If you have ever seen the Disney movie, “The Princess Diaries”, then you know the scene when Princess Mia slowly spins around in the chair ….to finally see for herself in the mirror , Paolo’s princess makeover creation. The smile and surprised look on her face, as if saying, “is that really me? Am I really that pretty?” is exactly how I felt on the day of my wedding. This was all thanks to Maggie at So Pretty Studio who completely transformed me into the bride I had only dreamed of. The staff at So Pretty Studio provided amazing hair and makeup not only to myself but also to my bridal party (4 bridesmaids, the mother of the bride, and the groom’s mother). I originally had planned the studio staff to only do hair. Unfortunately, an unforeseen circumstance left me without a makeup service just days before my wedding. Maggie quickly accommodated and added makeup services to my party as well. She truly was my fairy godmother, making my hair and makeup dreams absolutely come true. My bridal party felt “so pretty” and were extremely welcomed by Maggie and her staff, even though they were not clients! So Pretty Studio offers affordable wedding services that will not disappoint. I not only felt like Princess Mia, but I felt like a true celebrity with the flawless looks they created. The results will make you feel as if you are stepping out into the lime light. I will always recommend them to any future bride that I cross paths with. I can never thank So Pretty Studio enough for making me feel like the most beautiful bride and for making my bridal party also feel like gold!

Maggie and her team maintained a friendly, clean environment and were attentive to detail. I came not knowing exactly what I wanted but that wasn't a problem at all. They're adaptive and able to do makeup and hair that is suited best for your face and skin type!
