One of my husband's co-workers gave me Kimberly's card. Although she only does make-up, she has a friend who does hair. I NEVER wear make-up or get my hair done, so I was a little nervous about how I would look on my wedding day. Both Kimberly & her partner understood my concerns, made me feel at ease, and came up with a look for me that I loved. They also did the hair & make-up for my bridal party. Both women were highly professional, getting to the site early and ready to begin right away. They both provided a calming presense as well as comic relief as we all got ready for the ceremony - both things that helped calm my nerves. They went above and beyond their duties. Both women were happy to pitch in where needed. They helped prevent minor catastrophies, like when my maid of honor coudn't get the rings tied to the pillow securely, or when I wasn't sure which pair of earrings to wear. I got many comments on how great everyone looked. Their fee was higher than I had originally budgeted for, but after some research I think they charged the going rate. They both came to the site of my wedding (about a 45 min drive) to get everyone ready, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with their services!
