Roman Worldwide was one of the easiest bookings I made for our wedding. Their agent (Scott, I believe) was very accommodating and fast.
I was emailed promptly and communication was spot on.
Our driver JB was super nice and on time and very helpful with me since I had an enormous dress to maneuver.
We rented the MB Sprinter Van and it worked out perfectly for our small group and my enormous dress, I will say that 14 passengers might feel a little bit tight, especially if you have a larger dress skirt like I did.
JB as great to text us almost 30 mins before arrival that he would be our driver and that he would be arriving on time.
Overall great experience and will gladly book with them in future.

Scott was extremely helpful in setting up the exchange of information for the driver (Mark) to ensure I could set up base access through security a few days early. My major fear was that with me at the venue, I couldn't be there to ensure the driver could get on base to pick up my bride to be. I shouldn't have worried, Mark's information was turned in well in advance, he called early to ensure we knew he was coming. He arrived a little early, was very respectful while waiting during the bridesmaids pictures. Mark was very helpful to ensure everyone knew how to work the stereo, offering the chilled champagne, and loading the photographer's equipment. The limo was clean inside and out, comfortable and just the right size for the Bride and her bridesmaids. We would definitely recommend using their service.

We were very much satisfied with their limo service on our wedding day last May The limos were in great shape, looked very nice and most of all were very clean. Service and communication with their staff was smooth. We had 2 limos and both arrived on time, which we cannot thank them enough for. Our drivers were very nice and courteous. We definitely recommend them! We met with many limo companies and this one is definitely the best.

The driver was well dressed, early for arrival, and very professional. He really made me (bride) feel at ease as we were traveling to and from each location. He text to let me know when he would be arriving for the initial pick up and he was all around very well prepared. I would definitely recommend. Although the website thought the sprinter seats 16 adults, we had 12 and were at max space I would say.
