Mark was contracted for a wedding I was planning on mid December. My bride immediately raves about her very first conversation with him because the two had hit it off so well. Even before the day of the wedding Mark exceeded the call of duty by making multiple calls and check-in with both myself and my bride. Mark even drove the long haul from his home to the venue in advance to scope the ceremony and reception layout so that he had an appropriate game plan for capturing the videography for this wedding. On the day of the wedding Mark reported first to where the bride was getting ready and then promptly reported to the ceremony space. Mark not only captured the scenic venue and the personalised wedding decor but he engaged with the guests and vendors, capturing their well wishes, hopes and aspirations for the beloved couple. Mark thoughtfully set up his equipment in various parts of the ceremony space as to ensure he did not miss a thing. Despite having a wealth of equipment, Mark positioned himself stealthily as to not take away from the procession of the wedding itself. At the reception, Mark again interacted with guests, vendors and members of the bridal party immersing himself like family making people feel utterly disarmed despite being the object behind an usually intimidating camera. Mark doesn’t just have an eye for intricate details, sentimental encounters or film-worthy transactions but it is his warm and seemingly familiar presence that makes people forget that they are the focus on a lens. At one point in the night, Mark gauged that the party and dancing was really revving up so he made an executive and selfless decision to stay an extra hour to ensure that what he captured was the fully realised version of my couple’s most memorable day. In returning his finished product to my bride, Mark took just as long as he had stated in both his conversations and contract and he was even kind enough to create for my bride a quick sneak peak to tide her over until the remainder of the footage was fully edited. I would excitedly recommend Mark to anyone searching for an established and talented videographer. His initiative and take-charge attitude allowed me to focus on other task rather than delegation for which I so greatly appreciated. In the end the footage Mark captured was not only beautiful but it is something that will be pricelessly cherished by my couple as it is the culmination of every emotion, detail, engagement, and utterance that was the subsequent tapestry of what was likely the biggest joint milestone my couple will embark on together. They were overjoyed with the service and product ROHRIG Video elicited and for that I afford him my most hearty recommendation for future couples. Fusion studios was a great team and a delight to work with. Clare did a wonderful job photographing our wedding and Mark made us a stellar wedding video. We met Clare at a bridal event in Cincinnati and from the start, communication was great. We met in-person to book, but emails were sent back and forth for months up until the big day to make sure everyone knew what to expect. The team always replied very quickly and kept us updated.

We made payments along the way by mailing checks, which wasn’t made difficult at all. No problems there.

When the big day came, the team was punctual and great at coordinating big groups. You could tell this was not their first rodeo. Mark even jumped in and helped with things that were definitely not photo or video related (Out of the kindness of his heart, do not expect them to be extra hands. If you need extra help- hire extra help, I’m just complimenting his character). They joked around with our family and were very comfortable to be around. I normally wouldn’t like if someone had a camera pointed at me constantly, but they had a way of making it feel like the cameras weren’t there. Very personable.

Turnaround was very quick considering not only the quantity of the product, but the quality. It took about two months to get everything back. Our photos don’t have any weird filters or look “too edited”. They look very natural, but not like something I could take on my iPhone. You can tell they are quality. Our video was SO long! It had to be split into two parts and there was no part of our wedding not included. These two were on their feet and at work the entire time.

At the end of the day, the process was very smooth and these two were wonderful to work with. Their product is of high quality, and honestly at a VERY good price considering. I would recommend Fusion Studios any day.
