Of course Rod was amazing. Our photos are perfect.

Rod Foster was one of my favorite vendors to work with of our wedding. We are a NYC couple that got married in a destination wedding in Laguna Beach, CA so we had no idea about vendors. The photographer was super important to me as I work in the business and wanted a pretty specific look. I also wanted someone non-invasive who would capture me, my husband, my parents, bridesmaids and guests in the "real" moments. I wanted photos to be taken in natural light with a journalistic style to the overall day. He did just that. The first time we worked with Rod was on our engagement photo shoot. We were 1.5 hours late due to traffic on the 405, and somehow Rod managed to shoot us in 3 different locations while capturing perfect light before sunset. We were literally racing against time to get the shots, and he did it, with a smile on his face. The engagement photo book he made for us as our "guest sign in" book at the wedding was rockin'. People could not stop talking about it and thought we hired a celebrity photographer. To date, I haven't seen all of our wedding photos, but he posted a bunch at our actual reception (an added bonus that I had no idea he was going to do) and one of my bridesmaids pulled me out of a conversation to make sure I went over and saw them. He took them only 3 hours before and I was blown away. I couldn't make it through all of them as I would have started crying right there. They were brilliant. Use this guy. Bottom line is his work is incredible, he's got a soft style that is not intrusive, and his pricing is fair (he should actually charge more). Great experience overall

Amazing, is really the only word I can think of when it comes to Rod Foster Photography. We just received all the photo's from our wedding, and they are beyond words perfect and so beautiful. Rod is so easy to work with extremely friendly and outgoing. He has such a special talent and a great eye for amazing pictures. I'm so grateful I found Rod, I now have the best memories of my special day thanks to all his great pictures. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
