Melanie was a fantastic choice for our wedding planning needs. From the very beginning, her communication was proficient and thorough, which put us at ease throughout the entire process. The quality of her work and overall value was excellent as she was incredibly organized and made sure every detail was taken care of, so I wasn't worried about anything on the day of the wedding. Melanie was amazing to work with and the florals she provided were absolutely stunning. I could not recommend Melanie enough to any couple looking for a stress-free, beautiful wedding day.

Melanie was the most fantastic wedding planner we could've hoped for. She went above and beyond the partial planning package we hired her for and really made our wedding weekend so special. Words cannot describe how incredible Melanie is as a month-of-coordinator, florist, and overall person. We hired Melanie originally in 2019 for our 2020 destination wedding. We were able to meet with her in November of 2019 and go through all the details we believed we wanted for our wedding. Melanie provided a great deal of insight into all the smaller details we didn’t think about for our wedding day. Fast forward to having to postpone our wedding and Melanie was there throughout the whole chaotic ride. Melanie was incredibly responsive to all of my frantic emails and provided so much support during the postponement. After bouncing back and forth between postponement plans, we finally settled on 2021. Melanie did periodic check ins to ensure we were doing ok and added helpful suggestions along the way as we replanned our wedding. The month before our wedding we had a check in call where Melanie went through every aspect of our rehearsal and wedding day, including so many things we didn’t even think about. It was the call that eased any prewedding anxieties and made me realize we made the best choice in choosing Melanie (little did I know how much she would do in the upcoming month to make me realize that!). Melanie went through the month leading up to our wedding answering frantic messages from me as we experienced delays in communication from our venue. Melanie eased a lot of the concerns that I had from the lack of communication from our venue and went on to provide the best day we could have imagined. Melanie was on time for our rehearsal, provided incredible feedback and guidance, and ensured everyone was comfortable before we left. She arrived earlier than scheduled for our big day and proceeded to take a completely unorganized venue and make it seem as though everything was totally fine. Melanie checked in with my husband and me throughout the entire day to ensure we were doing fine, and everything was going exactly how we wanted. Little did I know that when she arrived at our venue, they did not do anything according to the floor plan that was provided to them. The room was a complete mess and Melanie had to not only redirect the staff to set the room according to our floor plan, but also decorate the room and ensure all vendors were where they needed to be. Melanie also saved our cake as the venue told our bakers to put the cake in a completely different area than our reception in a room was incredibly hot. She had the bakers come back, put the cake where it was originally supposed to go, and ensure that it was going to be ok in the temperature of the reception room and not in the overly hot upstairs room it was previously placed. After resolving all the problems in the reception, Melanie made her way to the ceremony site to find that most of the area was not set up the way it was planned. She fixed everything and I had no idea until the next day when my husband disclosed everything. We had an absolutely incredibly perfect day, exactly how we envisioned the day to go, all because of Melanie and her amazing ability to solve all the problems. Melanie came highly recommended from all of our vendors, and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She saved our wedding day, and I didn’t even know it until the next day!

Melanie Rendleman was our day-of wedding coordinator for our big day last weekend. She was excellent! As the bride, I found her role to be invaluable - she made me feel relaxed and comfortable leading up to and on our wedding day, she took care of my guests, she ensured the day stayed on track without being pushy, and she kept a smile on throughout the event. Melanie is amazing! We planned our wedding in 4 months and she was there every step of the way. The day of we had some unexpected things pop up, and she was quick to get everything resolved with grace and composure. I would hight recommend Melanie if you need someone friendly, creative and efficient to get the job done.

Where to even begin? I can say without a doubt that I am slightly OCD and because of this having a destination wedding was quite scary to me however I knew that I would not be able to accomplish this, all the way from Texas, without a wedding planner who knew the immediate area and resources available. Melanie was that and so much more. She was always available and made sure that we had everything covered and as wished. She made my winter wonderland dream come true. Not only was she super professional but has a heart of gold! She is very personable and made us feel very at ease. We couldn't have been happier with having her by our side! Melanie at Rocky Mountain Weddings was a delight to work with! She is very organized and made our wedding day extra special. We had an outdoor wedding, that ended up occurring during a heavy (unexpected) snow storm. Melanie brought calm to the chaos, organizing guests and vendors, and minimizing the stress and decisions that I otherwise would have needed to manage. She set up our decorations all according to my vision, and engaged with the guests to have them sign our photo guest book. I can not speak highly enough about the service she brought to our big day!

Melanie provided both our floral service and was our daughter’s day of coordinator for her outdoor wedding in Winter Park, CO. With the bride and groom living in Alaska it was very important for us to have someone to pull everything together so that our family could truly enjoy this very special day! Melanie was amazing at communicating with the vendors, coordinating the setup, keeping special events on schedule, and accommodating requests made by our guests. She was amazing in every regard and made our night so much more enjoyable than we ever could have imagined!
