Thank you for inquiring about Rocky Mount Weddings and Events. We are delighted that you have considered our beautiful property as a host location. Rocky Mount is the ideal spot for weddings and other special events. Nestled on 10 acres, surrounded by lush gardens and giant oaks, Rocky Mount's historic home was originally built in 1870 and added on to in 1908 by Ab and Anna Dismukes, the Great-grandparents of the current owner, Sharron Cobb. After raising their children in the home, Sharron moved out and created the show place that Rocky Mount is today.

The Wedding I Always Wanted
This place was absolutely stunning. I’m someone who loves the outdoors and minimalism and Rocky Mount was perfect for my ideal day. We had them do our food and I had so many guest tell me how delicious the pull pork and mashed potato bar was. Charity is so sweet and helpful and she was great as my wedding day coordinator. I will definitely recommend Rocky Mount to any engage couple who is looking for a venue.
