Leah was amazing! I'm so glad she was recommended to us! I was a particularly needy bride in the early planning stages and Leah kept consistent communication and was patient with my constantly changing mind. Not to mention our meetings with her were in her stunning garden where we could see all sorts of beautiful flowers and plants! She was able to put together my dream flowers despite my very limited knowledge of flowers - and she and her team did an amazing set up at our large venue that involved moving a lot of large flower center pieces from room to room. I cant recommend Indigo Gardens enough! I'm so glad she also does none bridal arrangements so we can continue getting our flower fix.

Leah is the most talented florist that I've seen. Her work is on-trend while still feeling unique. Her professionalism is excellent and she makes the process easy and stress free. She is a great communicator and goes above and beyond to get all of the details right. Leah is very passionate for her work and it shows. She not only did all of the arrangements for my wedding but also styled all of the dinner wear at our head table. She even made sure our glasses were full for the toasts! I would recommend Indigo Gardens to any bride looking for an exceptional florist.

Leah was so flexible with us. I didn't have specific flowers in mind, just some colors and a vague idea of how much I needed for the wedding. She helped me figure out quantity and she chose beautiful flowers based on a few details and photos of bridesmaid dresses. In the end the flowers were gorgeous and the colors worked perfectly with the wedding party outfits and the setting. I ended up drying one of the smaller bouquets because I couldn't bare to throw them all out. The price, outcome, and working with Leah were all wonderful! Highly recommend.

Indigo Gardens was listed on the Kennedy Schools website amongst many others. Leah, of Indigo Gardens, was the first to reply, and came highly recommended from local community forums. my now wife and I, were invited into her garden to discuss styles, options, budgets etc. she was kind, accommodating and more than happy to work with us, as we had a bit of an unusual theme. "True love never dies, it's much too stubborn" she led us through her garden picking little bits here and there, proposing options, and listening to our feedback. in the end, the floral splashes, the corsages and boutonnières, were lovely and so colorful. our color palette being grey, and purple did pose challenge, but it was one she was all to willing to take on! The details, the arrangements were all truly lovely and enjoyed by all. (we encouraged people to take home center pieces, they were so nice) Working with Leah was a joy, she was kind, professional and prompt, and best of all a local florist, not part of some large corporate entity, but a local Portlandian, doing her best to deliver quality results with an excellent price point.

The flower arrangements, bouquets, and extra touches brought to our rehearsal dinner and wedding by Rockwood Urban Farms were exquisite. Leah took time to understand our vision for our special event--together, we looked at flowers in her own gorgeous gardens, and she brought me along to the flower market to help me choose more flowers for arrangements and bouquets, plants and mosses for the whimsical NW style terrarium centerpieces she and her partner Ryan created, and extra touches for the wedding arbor they decorated. Leah obviously finds great joy in her work, shown in her creativity, attention to detail, and the beauty brought forth with her hands.

My wife and I are so grateful we used Leah from Indigo Gardens for our wedding flowers. She was incredibly helpful during the planning stage to be sure we thought through all of the details for our event while also helping us to see where we could reuse the same arrangements in various locations as our wedding involved several phases all in one venue. She worked with me to bring my ideas for corsage bracelets life and did so with ease. She even created a beautiful corsage for our "dog of honor". With a few pictures for inspiration and discussion about the colors and feeling I wanted to evoke, Leah created exactly what I wanted but didn't even know to ask for. She was also able to provide the detail pieces for all of our table centerpieces in addition to the flowers. We had Indigo Gardens provide the flower arrangements for our welcome party the night before the wedding as well. The night had a very different style and Leah's bold, simple, colorful bouquets were exactly what was needed. There are so many great things we could say about Indigo Gardens, it’s hard to know where to start! We hired Leah to craft our micro-wedding flowers and enjoyed the process from start to finish. We originally felt overwhelmed and unsure how the process would go, but Leah made it so fun and inspiring! We are a landscaper/plant geek couple, and when we met Leah and saw her garden we immediately knew our styles would align - she is a true ecological farmer and curator of diverse species with an artistic eye not just for her floral arrangements but also for her landscape designs. It was important to us to hire a florist who works with a locally grown, seasonally appropriate approach, and as a farmer, it’s clear that Leah has deep respect for and understanding of the plants she tends. She knows how to structure and fill space with beauty. Leah listened carefully to our interests regarding color, texture, themes and species selection, and the results blew the minds of every attendee at our wedding. I can not recommend Rockwood Urban Farms and Leah enough for the amazing job she did at my wedding. I didn't know exactly what I wanted when we had our consultation but Leah nailed it. Everything was stunning. She went above and beyond. She was my best vendor and hands down the best wedding decision I made. Leah came in early and did all the setup and even stayed until the end to clean everything up, thank you!!!. She found a old guitar that she turned into the most gorgeous flower stand for our music area, it was amazing. All the small touches she added, like succulents down the isle, and turned every table into a work of art. She out did herself with the bouquets, which I still have dried today and cherish.
