There are so many great things we could say about Indigo Gardens, it’s hard to know where to start! We hired Leah to craft our micro-wedding flowers and enjoyed the process from start to finish. We originally felt overwhelmed and unsure how the process would go, but Leah made it so fun and inspiring! We are a landscaper/plant geek couple, and when we met Leah and saw her garden we immediately knew our styles would align - she is a true ecological farmer and curator of diverse species with an artistic eye not just for her floral arrangements but also for her landscape designs. It was important to us to hire a florist who works with a locally grown, seasonally appropriate approach, and as a farmer, it’s clear that Leah has deep respect for and understanding of the plants she tends. She knows how to structure and fill space with beauty. Leah listened carefully to our interests regarding color, texture, themes and species selection, and the results blew the minds of every attendee at our wedding. Archetypal classic wedding bouquets with whimsical, personally curated flair, including some additional botanicals to decorate our wedding arch with. We feel so lucky to have found Indigo Gardens - our wedding wouldn’t have been so perfect without her. -

We worked with Leah to arrange a few pieces for our small wedding, and could not be happier! She was so helpful - asked all the right questions, helped us pick out a color theme, and designed some incredibly beautiful pieces for bride, groom, dog of honor, and wedding arbor. They were absolutely perfect. We highly recommend Leah and Indigo Gardens!! We will update soon with photos when we get them back. -

Leah from Indigo Gardens was incredible to work with for our Portland wedding! We had made a plan with her when we thought our wedding would be happening in August 2020 with 175 guests; when we had to dramatically shift that plan because of the pandemic, she was very flexible with us and helped us think through adapting our plan to a much smaller May 2021 wedding. She was really good at listening to us describe our vision and then creating something that really brought it to life; we didn't have a very specific plan for our florals and she took our general concept and ran with it. The flowers were one of the most commented-on parts of our day, and made an amazing backdrop for our ceremony, photos, and reception. We couldn't have been happier and definitely recommend Indigo Gardens to anyone! -

Indigo Gardens (Leah) was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Given that it was a simple wedding, the flowers were our only real decoration. Leah was fantastic. With only a few photos to reference, she was able to put together an amazing selection of flowers that fit the aesthetic of our wedding perfectly! She was also able to create boutonnieres and a bridal crown with limited direction from us, and they were absolutely stunning! We would recommend Indigo Gardens to anyone!!! -

When my original flower plans fell through I was in a panic! I remembered a friends beautiful landscaping was done by Leah and quickly reached out to Indigo Gardens. If you haven’t learned already planning a wedding adds up and causes a new type of sever stress you wouldn’t wish on your worse relative.
In my first call with Leah a weight had been lifted. She not only made me feel secure, heard and hopeful but I left the call feeling excited about planning again.
She was helped me manage the perfect plan for my budget and somehow worked out offering way more than I ever knew I could hope for. Better than words, I’ve attached several photos to show how magical our wedding was in a large part because of Indigo Gardens!
I think it’s safe to say that working with Leah was the best part of planning a wedding and not only did she set up everything beautifully she also came back to breakdown so we could enjoy the rest of our night.

Don't look elsewhere, this is your florist
Our experience with Leah at Indigo Gardens was absolutely fantastic and one of the highlights of the entire wedding experience. We met initially for an extensive coffee session where she figured out what I liked, what I was looking for in both the service and the budget, and how I wanted the planning to go. In my case I really wanted someone who could run with minimal input and she did not disappoint, checking in with the direction and updating the approach based on my feedback. After the wedding I was saddest about it all being over when the flowers finally died! We received so many compliments on the flowers - they were exactly what I wanted, without even knowing what I had wanted. Could not more strongly recommend. -

Leah is the most talented florist that I've seen. Her work is on-trend while still feeling unique. Her professionalism is excellent and she makes the process easy and stress free. She is a great communicator and goes above and beyond to get all of the details right. Leah is very passionate for her work and it shows. She not only did all of the arrangements for my wedding but also styled all of the dinner wear at our head table. She even made sure our glasses were full for the toasts! I would recommend Indigo Gardens to any bride looking for an exceptional florist. -

Leah (owner of Indigo Gardens) is amazing! We purchased bulk flower buckets from her to make our centerpieces and bouquets at a great price and the blooms were stunning! She also created a beautiful floral piece for our ceremony arbor. Leah is so helpful and kind and willing you help with any and all floral requests! Highly recommend. -

Leah was amazing! I'm so glad she was recommended to us! I was a particularly needy bride in the early planning stages and Leah kept consistent communication and was patient with my constantly changing mind. Not to mention our meetings with her were in her stunning garden where we could see all sorts of beautiful flowers and plants! She was able to put together my dream flowers despite my very limited knowledge of flowers - and she and her team did an amazing set up at our large venue that involved moving a lot of large flower center pieces from room to room. I cant recommend Indigo Gardens enough! I'm so glad she also does none bridal arrangements so we can continue getting our flower fix. -

Working with Leah last fall (2018) was a great experience from start to finish. She listened to what we wanted but also had a ton of ideas (because we don’t know that much about flowers ourselves). The finished product was exactly what we imagined but better. The big difference between Leah and other floral vendors we talked to was that she really seems to love designing flowers - she isn’t just going through the motions. Highly recommend! -

Beautiful, affordable, and flexible!
Leah was so flexible with us. I didn't have specific flowers in mind, just some colors and a vague idea of how much I needed for the wedding. She helped me figure out quantity and she chose beautiful flowers based on a few details and photos of bridesmaid dresses. In the end the flowers were gorgeous and the colors worked perfectly with the wedding party outfits and the setting. I ended up drying one of the smaller bouquets because I couldn't bare to throw them all out. The price, outcome, and working with Leah were all wonderful! Highly recommend. -

Beautiful Flowers & Amazing Service
I had the BEST experience working with Leah at Indigo Gardens. I ordered a flower crown, a bridal bouquet, cake flowers, and 35 succulents to use as wedding favors. She delivered the succulents to me a couple days in advance so I could add my own tags to them, and to my surprise, she also brought me a sample bouquet and a sample flower crown to try out. Not only were the succulents much bigger than I expected, but there was an awesome assortment of multiple different varieties!
On the day of my wedding, I needed to pick up my flower crown and bouquet early in the morning for photos, and she was extremely flexible about the time and had everything ready for me when I came by before 8am. My bouquet was MUCH bigger than I had expected, and SO gorgeous! Other florists were charging a lot more for much smaller bouquets. My flower crown was also so incredibly beautiful as well as much more affordable and full than the other florists I had looked into.
Not only did Leah put together some gorgeous arrangements, deliver to my apartment, and get up early on a Sunday for me, but she is one of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Wedding planning is incredibly stressful, but she put my mind at ease and made this experience a happy memory. You can tell she puts her heart into her work, and I will definitely be recommending her to anyone and everyone who needs flowers! -

Dreams come true
When I first started thinking about flowers for my wedding, I planned on just doing it myself. But then a friend recommended Leah and I’m so happy they did!
My vision was all white flowers with a lot of greenery. I wanted lots of shades of green, and plenty of texture. Leah, understood the vision from the get go and said leave it to me! She asked me some questions about preferences, walked me around the farm to introduce me to some of the flowers and greenery, and then made it happen.
I spent a few months collecting the crystal vases of all shapes and sizes and then Leah came to pick them all up from me (which made it so easy). Leah filled those vessels with flowers in the most creative ways and I know it took a lot of work!
I got so many compliments on the arrangements; people agreed that it was the perfect compliment to our venue. They weren’t overpowering, they excentuated and elevated the space and set the tone of comfort and elegance.
The bridespeople carried hoops and the groomsmen had boutonnières. Everyone of them was unique and completely detailed. The hoops were something new to me but I loved the way they looked and were carried. My bouquet was absolutely stunning. It was fresh and filled with all of my favorite flowers. My dress was quite sparkly and I loved that this brought some earthiness and connection to the total look.
Finally, the pièce de résistance... the wedding arch! We got married outside at Timberline Lodge. I didn’t want too much outside and Leah understood that the plants already growing out there, the pines, the cedar, the lupine, were the stars. I wanted people to be able to look out to Mt. Jefferson and Mt. Adams. I also wanted my husband and I to be framed. Leah created the most stunning archway! It felt alive. It perfectly captured the vibe of the space while adding the perfect amount of decadence.
My favorite part of the whole thing is that Leah and her husband are the farmers. Having farmed for a tiny bit myself, I understand the labor, the money, and the emotion that goes into the work. To have grown almost every plant themselves and arranged it all and built the archway... hats off!
I have recommended Indigo Gardens to as many people as I can and I will continue to do so. -

Summer Wedding
I can’t say enough great things about Indigo Gardens! I meet with Leah about 3 months before our July wedding with just some ideas I had in mind with colors and types of flowers and on the day of I could not have been happier! From the flowers on our cake to the sweetest flower crown for my flower girl, everything was executed perfectly! I loved it all and received so many compliments on my bouquets. They helped with set up at the church and reception and even came back after to both to tear down. I VERY much recommend them for your wedding! You will not be disappointed! -

Working with Leah was one of the highlights of planning our wedding. I could not have imagined a better fit for us. The experience included spending a lovely morning in her garden drinking tea and walking among the blooming flowers to see what might be ready at the time of our event. Awesome Wedding Florist!
Leah did an amazing job with the flowers for our wedding! The arbor was absolutely stunning. We never thought we would have something so beautiful within our budget and Leah made it happen! The whole process was great. I'm not very good at design and didn't have a real vision, but Leah asked the right questions to get an idea of what I liked and came up with something better than I could have ever thought of for myself! The arbor, flowers for the table, bouquets, and hairpiece were all absolutely perfect and really matched the style of our wedding perfectly. Leah really pays attention to the details and is fun and easy to work with. I can't say enough good things! -

Bringing floral dreams to life!
My wife and I are so grateful we used Leah from Indigo Gardens for our wedding flowers. She was incredibly helpful during the planning stage to be sure we thought through all of the details for our event while also helping us to see where we could reuse the same arrangements in various locations as our wedding involved several phases all in one venue. She worked with me to bring my ideas for corsage bracelets life and did so with ease. She even created a beautiful corsage for our "dog of honor". With a few pictures for inspiration and discussion about the colors and feeling I wanted to evoke, Leah created exactly what I wanted but didn't even know to ask for. She was also able to provide the detail pieces for all of our table centerpieces in addition to the flowers. We had Indigo Gardens provide the flower arrangements for our welcome party the night before the wedding as well. The night had a very different style and Leah's bold, simple, colorful bouquets were exactly what was needed. I highly recommend Indigo Gardens to bring beauty into your home, your next party, or your once in a lifetime event. You will not be disappointed! -
