Kim is great. She does not pressure you into buying her dresses and she made the experience fun for me and the girls I brought. I didn't actually end up getting my dress from here, but I loved Kim so much that I asked her to do my alterations. Then Covid hit so we delayed the wedding twice and she was very accommodating with the date changes. She is also very clear with the pricing.

I went with my sister who is getting married to help her find a wedding dress. We stopped at David’s Bridal first to only leave very disappointed by their lack of selection. We found Rockport Bridals online and decided to try that out. SO GLAD WE DID!! My sister gave an idea of what style she was looking for and Kim pulled out handfuls of dresses for her to try all within her budget. She includes the alterations in the price which makes it super convenient. Kim has a great personality and made the day so special for us. My sister found the perfect dress there! We would recommend Kim and Rockport Bridals to anyone!!

Kim has transformed my wedding dress as well as our daughters' flower girl dresses beautifully. We shared with her our vision and she delivered beyond our expectations. My gown looked amazingly beautiful and Kim made it look like my own with the addition of special details. We enjoyed working with Kim. We enjoyed every fitting session and only have great things to say. I also bought a beautiful ivory dress along with our headdresses and they were perfect. Kim's attention to detail is amazing. I'm glad we found our way to her shop.

Rockport Bridals is very affordable and alterations are included in the price you pay for the dress! Kim handled every alteration, even the tiniest of changes, with a smile on her face. She also custom made my veil for me for an extremely affordable price!

I had purchased my dress elsewhere but would have loved to work with Kim from start to finish because she made the process so easy and enjoyable. Her prices were very reasonable for the alterations we discussed. She had me come in multiple times through the process to make sure each set of changes were to my liking as well as hers. She was so excited to show me veils that matched my dress and she was the one who found the perfect one for me. At my wedding, people stopped me to say how beautiful my dress was and how perfectly it fit me which I completely credit to Kim's work. Every time I stopped into Rockport, Kim made me feel like I was working with a family friend. She was warm and friendly and gave her opinions honestly but not abrasively. I would recommend Kim to any bride or friend for wedding or even every day alterations.

Kim is a gem and Rockport Bridals is an amazing local business that is underrated and worth a stop for everyone shopping for a dress, and certainly for everyone looking for alterations. I took my wedding dress here for alterations--I was frustrated with the amount of material and how my skin was reacting to some of the mesh on the dress. Kim had solutions for all of it, and is truly brilliant at working with complex dresses. I also am MOH for a friend who found the most beautiful wedding gown here. Rockport offers great products at an affordable price, and offers great personalized service (you will feel like you are special!). While it may not have the "flash" as some of the more commercial or well-known places, I highly HIGHLY recommend it!

I bought my beautiful wedding dress from Rockport Bridals in Lakewood! I can't say enough great things about this shop! It is a small shop but I found more dresses here than I did at David Bridal! Kim was soooooo great to work with and she ended up picking the dress that I fell in love with! The dresses fit perfectly with my budget and alterations are included in the price! Kim worked with me to make sure my dress fit and looked perfect for my big day. It was so great to have individual attention and I could tell Kim was really excited for me! Kim was WONDERFUL to work with! She was great about alterations and anything I wanted changed, and was wonderful about last-minute appointments since I lived in a different state than my wedding location! It was a wonderful experience, I'm so glad I ordered my dress through her and that she was able to do my alterations. She also made beautiful handkerchiefs from my mother's gown and a hair piece from her veil. Everything was wonderful!
