Function coordinators are able to plan your Wedding day timeline, facilitate ceremony and oversee the flow from ceremony to cocktail hour, and cocktail hour to reception. They can serve as a point of contact for all of your vendor’s day-of, managing them to ensure they are meeting your expectations. Your Function coordinator will also orchestrate your reception formalities, managing the timeline you will work with them closely to create.
