Karo at Rob's Limousine was extremely accommodating. The business has no physical location, and so I was a little nervous to just book online at first. Yelp reviews and speaking to Karo on the phone eliminated any concerns, though. Karo was extremely responsive and very flexible. He made sure that the shuttle was where it needed to be when and when guests thought they could all hop on the last one, the shuttle drive was very quick to make an extra trip to ensure all guests arrived in time for the ceremony. Karo made scheduling recommendations based on distance between hotel and venue and wedding length. They're very reasonable even for their 28-32 passenger mini coach. I would recommend them to anyone needing transportation in the LA area!
