So happy I stopped into Robinson Jewelers on my difficult search to find a matching wedding band for my pear shaped engagement ring.

My fiance and I had been to various different jewelers (in NC and FL) searching for the perfect fit, but had come to the conclusion that I would probably need something custom. As stubborn as I am, I was convinced that there HAD to be something out there to fit perfectly. So, on a random day off I decided to go searching one last time.

Thankfully, I had the pleasure of finding Robinson Jewelers. From the time I walked in the door I was greeted by the friendly staff, offered water/coffee, and I sat down with one of the girls to try on everything they had. It seemed like we were having the same troubles that I had at other stores. That's when she called over Gina.

I am SOO happy to have met Gina! She asked all the right questions, educated me on my ring, why things looked the way they did, what I needed vs what wouldn't work. I could go on and on. Gina took the time out to try on everything that they had to get close to what I was looking for. But then went above and beyond in my eyes - no one had done this at any other store - took the time out to go through the pages and pages of books to identify things that they did not have in the store that would work. She was almost more picky than I was - - which I totally appreciated because I was having a hard time visualizing from pages in a book! lol We ended up picking out 3 different bands that could possibly work for my ring. She ordered them for me to view and within 3 days my fiance and I were back at Robinson's to look at what we picked.

I am beyond THRILLED that we did not have to go the custom route. Gina's expertise and years in the industry definitely shined with my complex search to find the perfect match. Thank you so much for everything! Best jeweler in Greenville, NC! :)

Love my engagement ring from here! My fiance was not pressured into spending more but was simply educated on his options. They are so nice whenever I pop in to get my ring checked, cleaned or re-sized. Would purchase from them anytime.

This place is so charming and friendly. All the jewelry by significant other has gotten me has come from here. He really liked how comfortable they made him feel in the store. They never pressured him and had lots of custom work to choose from. Perfect place to go especially if you are overwhelmed by the ring process and want to be treated right!
