Even though a traffic accident caused me to miss my test hair appointment, the folks at Robert Andrew (Jeremiah (hair) and Corey (makeup) in particular) took the time to have an improptu consultation with me in advance of our big day to make sure they understood the look and feel I was going for. I LOVED my hair and makeup, and I appreciated the care and attention to detail each of them showed. They made me feel like my opinion was important and made requested adjustments until I felt it was just right. Everything with them was quick and easy, and the atmosphere was relaxed the whole time. I would go back again for the same and other services.

They did my hair and make up for me and my bridesmaids and my mother. Everyone looked incredible. I had so many people ask me who did my hair and how did she do it! Mary did my hair and Jamie did my makeup. Jamie was wonderful. I told her what i liked and she did it! The only complaint i have is the price, i had to pay the same price for my trial run as for the day of. which i think is crazy, but i paid it anyways cause i wasn't going to chance it. they got us all done is such a timely manor, we were done before we knew it! It is a great salon!

This salon/spa is the best in Maryland, in my opinion. They have a large staff that will work together to make your wedding day perfect. Joy is professional and responsive. The reasons I didn't give 5 starts for budget value and flexibility is that they are pricey and have a strict cancellation policy. The service is well worth the price if you can afford it though!

They did hair and make up for me (bride) my brides maids and my mother everyone looked great but its not what we said we wanted although i liked my hair it looked nothing like the picture I had brought in and as for make up i didn't really like the way it was put on we all had to later blend it better but it looked nice in the end. I would just say make sure you tell what you want and that you want it just like that

Making an Appointment with Amanda the Receptionist for My Mother
I was making an appointment (over the phone) with the receptionist/front counter worker (Amanda), for my mother to come into Robert Andrews, for a classic pedicure and manicure on Sunday, May 4, 2025, and I felt disrespected by her conversation and she was being rude to me. She said I was rude, but she was the one who was rude. I guess I was asking too many questions and I didn't agree with their new policy. She didn't explain it in an decent tone. At NO time a customer should be told they are rude from an establishment. Amanda was most definitely rude; and my senior mother was on the telephone during our conversation and she thought she was being abrupt and rude as well.
My family used to love sending my mother to Robert Andrews for a spa day, however moving forward once we use up her last three gift cards, we will not purchase any more. The customer service at this spa was professional years ago, however it has gone down.
Thank you Jessica for your time when I called back to explain what happened while making reservations. Your customer service in resolving the issue I had, was awesome and thank you for listening. I hope Robert Andrews allow you to train their staff moving forward.
