The first of it's kind in the region, located in LeClaire, Iowa on a bluff overlooking the Mississippi, RVL offers the privacy, luxury and intimacy of a boutique hotel while providing the simplicity, flexibility and exclusivity of an Airbnb. RVL is the perfect location for your intimate gathering.

In addition to the banquet space that seats up to 140 guests, the building has four master suites that accommodate sleeping up to 20 guests. On the upper-level we have a two-room (king and queen) suite, and we have a king suite with a sofa bed. For all three of the upper-level bedrooms, they are each equipped with their own in-room whirlpool tubs, private showers and bathrooms while the two lower-level suites each have a sauna in their private bathrooms, as well as walk-in showers, two bathroom stalls and walk-out patios. The two lower-level suites have two queen beds and a sofa bed in each room, that can sleep six comfortably. All of the suites have the standard hotel amenities including complimentary coffee, a TV in each room, wonderful river views, and access to our heated pool with retractable ceilings, open 24 hours to our guests.
