The first of it's kind in the region, located in LeClaire, Iowa on a bluff overlooking the Mississippi, RVL offers the privacy, luxury and intimacy of a boutique hotel while providing the simplicity, flexibility and exclusivity of an Airbnb. RVL is the perfect location for your intimate gathering.

In addition to the banquet space that seats up to 140 guests, the building has four master suites that accommodate sleeping up to 20 guests. On the main-level we have a two bedrom/two bathroom (king and queen) suite, and we have a king suite with a sofa bed. All three of these rooms are equipped with their own in-room whirlpool tubs, private showers and bathrooms while the two lower-level suites each have a sauna in their private bathrooms, as well as walk-in showers, two bathroom stalls and walk-out patios. The two lower-level suites have two queen beds and a sofa bed in each room, that can sleep six comfortably. All of the suites have the standard hotel amenities including complimentary coffee, a TV in each room, wonderful river views, and access to our heated pool with retractable ceilings, open 24 hours to our guests.

***Please note that the price listing for what couples typically spend is for a 48-hour, full weekend stay. Most couples end up booking two nights to experience all the amenities the property has to offer! Of course, the price would be less for a one night stay, for a Sunday event or for a rental during the week.
