Riverbend Ranch & Retreat is a wedding venue on a private 180-acre ranch in Normandy, Tennessee, one hour from Nashville and one hour from Franklin. The ranch has a lake, three ponds, over a mile of Duck River frontage, and a climate-controlled white barn for up to 200 guests. Horses and cattle graze in the distance. Riverbend is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit: every wedding funds no-cost retreats for pastors and ministry leaders.

Facilities and Capacity

The White Barn seats up to 200 guests and is climate controlled, with modern restrooms, a food prep area, room for a buffet and a dance floor. Ceremony sites are on the lake or on the river. Five houses and two cabins on the property sleep 65 guests, so your family and wedding party stay steps from the ceremony. There is also a dining hall and an upstairs conference room for rehearsal dinners and smaller gatherings.

Services Offered

The Wedding Weekend is our signature package: the whole ranch, privately, from Friday through Sunday. Friday is the rehearsal and a bonfire by the river, Saturday is the wedding, and Sunday is a farewell brunch. Wedding Weekends run $12,500 to $15,000 by season, with lodging included, plus a dedicated day-of coordinator, full setup and teardown, linens, tables, chairs, whiskey barrels, outdoor lighting, and a fireworks walkout to close the night. The Gathering is a single-day wedding (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) from $6,000, and weekday weddings start at $3,000. Darren, our founder, personally hosts every wedding and works directly with your planner and vendors. Guests can fish the lake and ponds and gather around the bonfire along the river's edge.
