My husband and I reached out on a tight timeline as we decided on a small ceremony, more an elopement than a traditional wedding. River Run Lodge was luckily available and we couldn’t believe what Emily and Zach made happen in a matter of weeks! No detail felt unconsidered and our day was so special. The venue is absolutely beautiful with stunning Deschutes River views, and they clearly have wonderful vendor partners including a florist and officiant that both far exceeded any expectations we had. Can’t recommend enough!

Our wedding here was absolutely perfect! The views of the Deschutes River and mountains, the wrap-around deck, green lawn, and wall-to-wall windows made it such a beautiful and relaxed setting. It truly matched our vibe — elegant but not overly formal.

I was so impressed with their pricing and everything that was included — tables, chairs, linens, high-tops, lawn games, and outdoor seating. Such great value! The owners were one of the main reasons we chose this venue. They’re so genuine, easygoing, and responsive, and made planning completely stress-free.

They even went above and beyond to help my husband get a specific tequila he wanted for the bar. They made our day so special — we’re forever thankful!

We had the most beautiful wedding at River Run Lodge! The new deck is amazing, the views are outstanding, the wooden interior is beautiful and the staff is great to work with. Our guests were blown away by the beauty of the venue. Emily and Zach were very responsive over email and helped answer all of my questions in preparation for the wedding day. They even let us drop off our decorations a day early. We couldn't have chosen a better wedding venue!

Emily and Zach were great to work with and they have done great work to the River Run Lodge during the time they have been managing it. They were easy to coordinate with and worked well with our wedding planner. They were accommodating with venue visits and meetings as we were from out of town. They also provided some great ideas for how to set up the space and make sure everything flowed nicely. The drink tasting was wonderful. Zach makes some great cocktails. The whiskey basil and habanero margarita were big hits for an 80-degree October afternoon. The bridal suite was a good size for 6-7 people and for hair and makeup to get ready in. There is a nice upstairs area for people who want to step away from the main wedding floor and party. And there were heat lamps on the outside deck which were nice to hang out by in the evening. The fact that River Run included tables, linens, outdoor/indoor seating, and utensils was great so we didn’t have to go through any other vendors. The bar service was wonderful; Zach was out there during cocktail hour and all night tending to guests getting all the compliments on his cocktails. Emily and Zach were also friendly and a joy to be around throughout the whole process and in such a beautiful location.

I had the good fortune to work with Zack and Emily on a wedding this last weekend. As the wedding coordinator, I was impressed with their ability and willingness to provide us with access and help on the day before and the day of. Emily cared about the needs of the bride, and she provided such great help up to the day of the wedding. Zach was onsite all day and handled every request with a smile and willingness to make the day a great one. I would recommend this site for any bride who wants to have a venue that is classy and accommodating!

We had our wedding reception at River Run. It was the PERFECT venue for us following our wedding ceremony at Smith Rock. The staff at River Run were quick, responsive, and went the extra mile to make sure our day went as smoothly as possible. Our guests were in awe of the space with all of the windows, the giant fireplace, and large deck! We ended up needing a server because our caterer was short staffed and they found us one. We made some last minute changes the day before and they made it happen. We could not recommend this venue enough!

We had our wedding last week, and Emily and Zach the managers were fantastic about getting us in and asking if we needed anything. We also did the bar through them and it was fantastic. They are very responsible to email and text which was great. We found this venue 2 weeks before our wedding and needed something indoor with AC because of the wildfire smoke and high temps. The hourly rate is high but worth it to have this incredible venue with huge windows, nice bathrooms and a bride and groom get ready suites.

My husband and I love Eagle Crest resort. He has been going there since he was a baby and the views are spectacular. River Run is a privately owned event center at Eagle Crest resort and we are so happy we were able to get married there. The rain held off so we could have our ceremony outside on the back deck overlooking the Deschutes River and a cliff face. The reception was held inside and River Run has a lodge-like, cozy and warm feeling with the 4-sided open fireplace and upper balcony overlooking the dance floor. The staff at River Run are so friendly and accommodating, especially Susan Perry, who we worked closely with as our day-of-coordinator. Our guests loved the venue (especially those from the Midwest and east coast) because nothing else compares to central Oregon. Eagle Crest resort has golf courses, a spa, hiking trails, sports centers, etc. and is only 15 minutes from Redmond and 30 minutes from Bend. It was a great venue and we were so happy to have been married there!

I am SO HAPPY to have picked River Run for our wedding venue. Susan Perry was AMAZING during months of planning and the day-of -- she was a life-saver on many occasions and we could not have been happier with the way our wedding day went. Susan made vendor decisions a breeze, helped with lots of details that might have been forgotten otherwise, and made it so that my husband and I could just have fun and enjoy our day. We had guests coming from all over the country and we wanted to show them the best of Oregon-- they were all blown away by how beautiful this place is! I cannot recommend River Run, and Susan as an event coordinator, enough!

River run event center is BY FAR the most underrated venue in Central Oregon. The views are spectacular, the customer service is one of a kind, and the value is unheard of. I looked at 20+ other venues in the area, and no others even come close to comparing. Thank you for helping make my wedding day absolutely perfect!!!!
