My fiance was the one who found this venue after I expressed to him I didn't want to have to piece everything together for the wedding. I got to meet with Nancy to set up a tour and from there I knew I wanted to book with River Rendezview (RR)!

There is an outdoor chapel, restaurant (named Dido's) that includes outdoor screened patio, paddle boat you can rent an excursion out on for additional pricing, and event party barn. We had our ceremony at the outdoor chapel with the barn as a back-up for the ceremony if the weather was bad. We had our rehearsal at the restaurant in the covered screened patio area which gave our party some privacy. Nancy even was able to book me one of her regular weekend musicians to come provide live entertainment for the rehearsal at a very reasonable price.

There are also AirBandB's on the property and I booked the house so that all the ladies could get hair and makeup done and also for us to spend the wedding night at. It's literally a hop skip and jump away from the party barn. We also rented the bunkhouse that has 9 bunk beds in case any of our guests drank too much and needed a place to stay...ended up not really needing to use it but it was nice to have.

Nancy can help you source your DJ, cakes, officiant, decor, and more. I ended up using specific vendors for the cakes, officiant, DJ/entertainment, and brought my own faux flowers in my wedding colors to add to existing decor already there in the barn. The barn is already really beautifully decorated and does not require much additional decor which is nice!

The first 100 chairs and tables that go with that are included in the packaging price, but after that there is an additional cost.

RR has a TABC license and provides the alcohol and staff to serve it. We ended up doing a keg, bottles of beer, two batches of margaritas (one batch has 35 servings), and red & white wine. Whatever is leftover you can take home. This was plenty for our 100 guests and we even had a full batch of margaritas and 4 white wine bottles we took home.

Nancy is quick to respond via text, email, and especially phone call. She has done so many weddings that she has this down to a science and can help guide you through the process so it's not as overwhelming. Her and her staff will take care of you! Very happy I booked here!

Beautifully decorated, made everything easier, definitely stressed less with Nancy in my corner. Super polite and very involved up until we left the bed and breakfast the day after. The house she has available is big beautiful and cozy. Beds are comfy and she brought us a delicious breakfast the morning after! We rented the house Friday-Sunday and even lost power Friday night near midnight. Never once did she make me feel like I was bothering her. She even brought us candles and offered to open the restaurant. Loved that she had everything I needed. I didn’t need any outside vendors unless I chose to. Would definitely highly recommend

The folks at Dido's Yellowstone Paddlewheeler were very responsive and arranged an amazing wedding experience for us. Our guests where very pleased with the ambiance. The decorations were very nice, sit down dinner and great boat captain and crew.

2020 was complicated (I'm sure it was for many). This place was the complete opposite of complicated; it was helpful/easy/in budget/flexible. I'm more of a "city girl" but I fell in love and married a country boy and we were able to make their Party Barn a blend of both of our personalities. The space was big enough to social distance and it was well-ventilated. The staff was very professional and a joy to interact with. The food was delicious (they have a lot of options to choose from). This place had a lot of "bang" for your buck. Nancy was super helpful/easy to work with on putting together a deal that worked for everyone and was in budget. My parents were taking care of the bill and spent under $8,000 for the space, the linens, the staff, the food, the "Big House" (it's also a Bed and Breakfast!), and the alcohol.
We also had our rehearsal dinner on the Paddleboat. It was a very memorable experience. We were able to see the lights that decorated the homes along the river (so beautiful!)
They are truly a "one-stop" shop. Which was so convenient because I had only three and a half months from the day I signed the contract with River Rendezview and the big day.
The only downside (which isn't even a big deal) has to do with the spotty/lack of wifi. But considering where they are located, it makes sense. Cell signal was fine (for me) but plan on using data or hotspots while there if you need access to the internet.

Ms. Nancy and her staff were wonderful from the very to very end I would recommend her and her husband to anyone you will not be disappointed!

Our special day was made perfect and would not have changed anything. Nancy the owner was an amazing host and very accommodating. The food was outstanding as well as the waitstaff. The options here are endless, all the way down to bed and breakfast if desired.

We recently had our wedding in the barn located next to Dido's. Same owners, same hospitality. Mr. and Mrs. Kanter are so sweet and have never failed in making us feel like we're dinning with family. The food is delicious and our wedding was amazing and just beautiful! Mrs. Kanter was there to help with whatever we needed done. Our guest were so impressed with the venue. We also rented the B&B they have there on location. My parents and a few of my family members stayed there. They told me they loved it. The house was beautiful, comfortable and the breakfast that was provided at Dido's was wonderful. This is definitely a place I would recommend for dinning and special occasions.

Mrs. Kanter and her staff were nothing short of amazing!! Very accommodating, patient, and understanding!! The wedding went extremely well! Food was delicious, and she handled everything!!! I would highly recommend this venue!!

The venue is perfect; the owners are perfect. I highly recommend it.

Had my wedding here on the paddle boat and it was absolutely gorgeous but I want to warn anyone else considering this place. The manager/owner extremely rude and greedy.
I could write a book on how RUDE and unprofessional Nancy Kanter is and what an Awful experience I had dealing with her.
i am just going to make a list of things
-She was in charge of my flowers, when at a meeting with her discussing what she will be doing for my flowers, she couldn't give a straight answer and just said "I do what I do" long story short I paid her to deliver an ugly bouquet with nothing that I wanted in it because she couldn't tell us she was incapable of giving me what I wanted.
-2 different times at 2 different scheduled meetings, she had NO CLUE who I was and one of those times was 2 weeks before the wedding.
-she got overwhelmed during the meeting about the flowers, put her hand in my face and said she's feeling too much negatively to continue. This woman is crazy!!! I'm sure she was feeling negative energy because she would not admit that she could not give me what I wanted and I knew that! I knew she was full of BS and I wasn't having it!
-she told me the amount we paid"is not that much" and she still needs to make money.
-she tried to add hidden fees to my invoice and when I questioned them they magically disappeared
I could go on for days but I really just want to warn others. The venue is beautiful but she ruins the whole atmosphere with her negative energy. She was so hateful and never once tried to be helpful or make things easier. And the food could definitely be better. It was not the best.

I'm thankful my wedding was as beautiful and fun as it was because 1 week before I was sure it was going to be a disaster because of how rude and unprofessional this woman was acting.

I wouldn't recommend this place as long as that woman is running it. (Which I heard, may not be for long) She is extremely hard to work with, rude, ugly, mean, and greedy.
