River Neuse Suites is a hidden gem for a gorgeous wedding. I cannot say enough great things about using this venue for my ceremony and reception. RNS is located on the Neuse River with Lou Mac Park located beside of it perfect for a beautiful waterfront ceremony. I loved the convenience of this location. Plenty of lodging at the venue as well as within walking distance as well as plenty of parking! The RNS also has yard games and bikes for their guests.

Jackie was awesome in helping make sure our wedding went smoothly. We had a rain issue and the town of oriental was overwhelmingly friendly and willing to help find alternatives and clean up the mess the storm left behind. I couldn't have picked a better place for our reception and for us to stay at!

I am so happy to be the first one to leave a review for the River Neuse Suites. I had my wedding reception there on 6/4/11 and I do not think there could have been a better place to do so. The grounds are beautiful and the view of the river is breathtaking. But the real gem of the RNS is Jackie!! She was the best ever to work with. She was so sweet and accommodating. Very laid back and really wanted us to enjoy our time there. By the time everyone left they wanted to give her a hug because of how amaizng she was. From the second I pulled up and said hello she was welcoming and told us to let loose and have a great time. Her and her husband sat out in their chairs watching the rental people set up everything just sipping there drinks totally relaxed and completely enjoying it as much as I was! There was no strict rules or time frames. We partied on Friday night before the wedding in the tent that was already set up until almost 2am and nothing but a smile from her.
