We ended up booking out 15 rooms for friends and family and the overall quality and service of this hotel was impeccable. We worked with Laura D. at the hotel leading up to the event and she was very helpful and accommodating. All our guests couldn't stop raving about the VIP treatment the hotel provided, practically every need was met. We highly recommend the Statue of Liberty View rooms, amazing views of the NY Harbour and Statue of Liberty. We also got executive suites for the Bridal Party and the Groom's Party and they were exceptional. We got married at Battery Gardens and this is a perfect hotel for that venue, literally a 6 minute walk along the water. The rates are on the higher end, but all things considered it was a very good value. We also had our Sunday brunch here and the food was excellent. Thank you guys for such a memorable weekend!

We were extremely happy with our choice of venue. They were one of the few NYC venues that was willing to negotiate price with us and, while extremely expensive, the Ritz Battery Park wound up being well priced for the city. Their wedding coordinator was extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process and also on the weekend of our wedding. She was helpful with coordinating our vendors, arranging our tasting, and making sure the entire event was well orchestrated and went smoothly. I would absolutely recommend this venue to any couple looking for a classy, elegant location that is convenient for guests and offers excellent customer service.
