We fell in love with this company from our very first call with them. We were a little hesistant at first, because of a couple bad reviews that we read, but all of the others were 5star! Our venue and wedding planner referred Rickochet Entertainment. So we trusted their referral, becuase they see all the vendors that they want to work with. Then we had an amazing call with Rick and Jodi the management staff. They were so transparent, honest and caring about our wedding day on that first call. They also had mentioned that they had a DJ staff member attached to those bad reviews and that is not an employee anymore. We loved there online client portal, and we picked and customize our wedding playlist. We had 3 extensive calls and web chat calls with them. They were so helpful on those calls with suggestions. It truly shows all of their experience that they have, and they were their for us through the whole wedding planning experience. They are very detailed and prepared! They did such an amazing job, and all of our guests are still talking about dancing all night! We also had the photo booth package. It was so much fun and we have so many pictures and memories from our wedding night!!! Thank you for everything Rickochet!!!

Rickochet entertainment did a fantastic job at our wedding - Rick played great music - a mix of older classics and newer songs to fit our demographic perfectly. Everyone loved it! He also went above and beyond by working with the venue team to make sure we were on schedule and acted as a shepherd for the day (organizing/managing the speech timings, cake cutting, first dance, driving people to the photo booth, last dance, send off and much more!)
 
We're so happy we got the photo booth through Rick as he sent us all photos within a few days after our wedding and managed everything for it.

Rick was fabulous. Communicated so well through text, email, and phone calls. We pretty much handed over everything to him. And he came through like a rockstar! Took care of all the details- reminding us of anything we had forgotten. Was professional, kind, and patient with us. His phone booth “stole the show”. Was a huge hit. It is oculus he has a great amount of experience, takes pride in his work, and cares about each bride/wedding. Thank you so much!!
