Pretty much the only bakery that has eggless/egg-free cakes (not vegan though, has dairy). They deliver, and the price is reasonable. The only reason for not having 5 stars in the responsiveness is because we had to physically stop in twice to confirm our order (after which everything went smoothly).

They delivered our cake to the Hilton Short Pump (the wedding venue).
