The food was incredible and they were amazing to work with! Worked with our budget to ensure we had a delicious meal within our means and that catering service was amazing!

Rich Cuisine did an AMAZING job at our wedding in Duluth. Definitely contact via email and go through Jess. She is VERY responsive. I asked for a tasting a while before the wedding, after visiting Rich's table at the Duluth Bridal Fair. I was able to try three different meats, salad, and a few sides. My fiance (now husband!) couldn't come with, but they packed up everything in tupperware so he could still try the food! He's a red meat and potatoes guy, but the stuffed chicken they have is to die for and even he was converted. In deciding what we wanted, Jess was very communicative, and gave a crystal clear breakdown in price.We chose a buffet for 100 with roast beef, stuffed chicken, baby reds, and corn with red peppers. Salad, bread and coffee too. We had two gluten free folks and one vegetarian, and my husband doesn't do great with red peppers. They set aside the appropriate dishes for the gluten free and vegetarian, and also had a side of red-pepper-free corn for the groom! The plates they have are styrofoam or plastic, which we weren't wild about, but we just rented real dishes and flatware and for a $150 charge the caterers bussed all the dishes for us. Jess even offered that they could rent the dishes and take care of it all - it was just cheaper for us to rent dishes ourselves, if a bit less convenient. All the workers the day of were so nice! They checked in with us to make sure everything tasted good, and were in and out with us barely noticing. Professional and so easy to work with. We got great compliments on all the food, and it was an amazing value for under $20 a plate. Just fantastic. We did not have water service or cake cutting, but I have no doubt it would have gone smoothly had we needed it!

Rich Cuisine did and amazing job! We had them do a custom menu for our relaxed rustic wedding. We had a few recipes that we requested be used for our menu. The did everything amazing. They were on time and set-up the buffet line in a professional manner. We also had them serve and cut our cake. We received lots of compliments on our food! We would definitely use them again in the future!
