Rita and her team are absolutely amazing. My wife and I held our wedding this year in Atlanta, Georgia, and the Ribha Events group flawlessly managed a large guest count and multi-day event.

We were referred to Rita by a friend who had previously used her services. From the onset, it was apparent that Rita has many high-quality connections. She set up venue tours and scheduled meetings with potential vendors, and everything was quickly booked. As we neared the wedding, we had regular calls with her and her team to sort out any details. She struck a great balance about involving us when necessary, but also protecting our time by dealing with many logistical issues herself.

The biggest takeaway we want to share is just how hardworking, dedicated, and genuinely caring Rita and her entire team are. Jenna, Vick, Ishani, Bella, Asia, and so many others worked tirelessly to make our wedding weekend unforgettable. They expertly coordinated the décor, catering, photographers, wedding party, etc, allowing us to focus on our family and friends. Team members were assigned to look after my wife and me, as well as our parents and immediate family, ensuring everyone was taken care of throughout the day. Whenever something unexpected came up—a small medical issue, delays while getting ready, and even my dad forgetting the buttons for his tuxedo—someone from Rita's team stepped in and solved the problem.

Months out, our guests are still telling us how beautiful the décor was, how incredible the food was, and how smoothly the weekend ran. The credit belongs to Rita and her team. They created an unforgettable experience for us and our families, and we cannot recommend Ribha Events highly enough.

There is absolutely no way we could have done this without a planner and Rita Patel (@Ribha Events) made sure that everything went smoothly. We had a Henna Night (180 guests) on a Saturday night at the Loews Hotel. Sunday was the main wedding day, beginning with an Indian Ceremony followed by a Western Ceremony and rounded off by a reception in the evening (250 guests). It was a very long weekend! Sunday was particularly complex with three transitions of the space (Foundry at Puritan Mill), which Ribha events handled flawlessly. There were several food and drink breaks prior to Dinner and these were all managed by our planner. Rita helped us deal with multiple vendors and make a multitude of decisions to between decor, music, food, officiants etc. She made our life significantly easier by coordinating vendors, setting up timelines and managing everything during the wedding weekend. The venues looked absolutely gorgeous. She understood our aesthetic sense. The flower arrangements were incredible. Her recommendations for caterers (Bhojanic - Delicious!!) , Indian Ceremony officiant (everyone loved him!) DJ (we loved our DJ!!) and decor (Jim White Designs - fabulous!) were all on point. She was signed up for the final 6 weeks but helped set up and attend tastings and other meetings, well before the 6 week point. She's a very pleasant and sweet person and we really appreciate everything she did to make our special weekend a success! Again, we could not have done this without her.

Rita and her team were absolutely amazing. For the incredible amount of work she did for us, she is very, very reasonably priced. From the beginning, she was highly organized and knew what it would take to make the event a success. She followed up regularly with both my parents and me, and was literally always just a text away. She was really helpful in coordinating our vendors and contracts leading up to the event, and most importantly, troubleshooting and executing my 500+ person wedding. We received so many compliments on how smoothly the event ran, and Ribha Events gets all of the credit!!! My family and I would highly recommend Rita and her team, and we look forward to hiring them again in the future when it comes time for my younger sister's wedding.

Rita was a tremendous and profound part of our wedding planning and exercise. Rita has many traits that serves her very well in this work. She is organized, she knows good vendors, she knows good timing of when to get what done. She had vision and was very open to listening to the many opinons we had about how we wanted our wedding to be. she was able to capture the spirit of who we are and what we wanted and execute it. as the date got closer she was assertive with vendors to get things done properly. we truste Rita with so much and she did a truly amazing job. Her best trait is that she genuinely takes her work so personally and it means os much to her for the wedding to go well.

I didn't hire Rita of Ribha events for event planning because I had a lot of family who were there to help. However, om the last minute I really ended up needing her help and she was there for me. I am so grateful for her assistance. I would really recommend this company to anyone wanting to do event planning and decor.

We had hosted a bridal fashion show that Ribha was in charge of. They did an outstanding job from getting the models to the runway to the music to the makeup. It showed their ability to organize events even outside the wedding realm. Rita the owner was on always on top of everything. I did not have to follow up on any matters. All was handled and all was understood of what our expectations were. I would recommend her to anyone from brides to corporate events. Thank You Rita for making our event so successful!
