  There is absolutely no way we could have done this without a planner and Rita Patel (@Ribha Events) made sure that everything went smoothly. We had a Henna Night (180 guests) on a Saturday night at the Loews Hotel. Sunday was the main wedding day, beginning with an Indian Ceremony followed by a Western Ceremony and rounded off by a reception in the evening (250 guests). It was a very long weekend! Sunday was particularly complex with three transitions of the space (Foundry at Puritan Mill), which Ribha events handled flawlessly. There were several food and drink breaks prior to Dinner and these were all managed by our planner. Rita helped us deal with multiple vendors and make a multitude of decisions to between decor, music, food, officiants etc. She made our life significantly easier by coordinating vendors, setting up timelines and managing everything during the wedding weekend. The venues looked absolutely gorgeous. She understood our aesthetic sense. The flower arrangements were incredible. Her recommendations for caterers (Bhojanic - Delicious!!) , Indian Ceremony officiant (everyone loved him!) DJ (we loved our DJ!!) and decor (Jim White Designs - fabulous!) were all on point. She was signed up for the final 6 weeks but helped set up and attend tastings and other meetings, well before the 6 week point. She's a very pleasant and sweet person and we really appreciate everything she did to make our special weekend a success! Again, we could not have done this without her.

  Rita and her team were absolutely amazing. For the incredible amount of work she did for us, she is very, very reasonably priced. From the beginning, she was highly organized and knew what it would take to make the event a success. She followed up regularly with both my parents and me, and was literally always just a text away. She was really helpful in coordinating our vendors and contracts leading up to the event, and most importantly, troubleshooting and executing my 500+ person wedding. We received so many compliments on how smoothly the event ran, and Ribha Events gets all of the credit!!! My family and I would highly recommend Rita and her team, and we look forward to hiring them again in the future when it comes time for my younger sister's wedding.

  Rita was a tremendous and profound part of our wedding planning and exercise. Rita has many traits that serves her very well in this work. She is organized, she knows good vendors, she knows good timing of when to get what done. She had vision and was very open to listening to the many opinons we had about how we wanted our wedding to be. she was able to capture the spirit of who we are and what we wanted and execute it. as the date got closer she was assertive with vendors to get things done properly. we truste Rita with so much and she did a truly amazing job. Her best trait is that she genuinely takes her work so personally and it means os much to her for the wedding to go well.

  I didn't hire Rita of Ribha events for event planning because I had a lot of family who were there to help. However, om the last minute I really ended up needing her help and she was there for me. I am so grateful for her assistance. I would really recommend this company to anyone wanting to do event planning and decor.

  Rita from Ribha Events made our wedding day fabulous! Rita was always on top of everything and she truly made it very easy for me to plan a wedding in Atlanta!
  
  The wedding weekend, Rita and her team were very professional and everyone enjoyed the wedding! Our wedding Decor was amazing and completely took my breath away. Rita was able to use our ideas and created a complete African theme reception that blew our guests away.

  We had hosted a bridal fashion show that Ribha was in charge of. They did an outstanding job from getting the models to the runway to the music to the makeup. It showed their ability to organize events even outside the wedding realm. Rita the owner was on always on top of everything. I did not have to follow up on any matters. All was handled and all was understood of what our expectations were. I would recommend her to anyone from brides to corporate events. Thank You Rita for making our event so successful!

  Ribha Events did a great job with planning my wedding. I didnt have to worry about a thing. The entire team was wonderful. I would recommend Ribha Events to anyone!

  I cannot speak highly enough of Rita....she was simply marvelous from beginning to end. She made sure our rehearsal and wedding went wonderfully. I'm telling you...the woman can work wonders! Rita truly helped us to have the best day ever. I am so grateful to Rita and her staff and would highly recommend her to everyone!!!!!!!

  Best decorator in town by far! Ribha never ceases to amaze us. Ribha is a one stop shop for all of your decor, floral, and planning needs! The Ribha team is highly trained in decor, they do beautiful altars, hupa's, mandaps. All of the work is done with fresh flowers with an in house design team. They are able to customize anything!   Ribha Events made us feel like family

  Rita and her team were a pleasure to work with and made our wedding so much easier to manage! My family came to know of Rita when they attended a wedding she'd planned in Atlanta and immediately decided that we wanted to go with her team when it came time for my wedding - even though I wasn't even engaged at the time! When we were ready to start planning, I knew I wanted to be fairly involved in the process and Rita was the perfect partner. She stuck with us through the pandemic and was instrumental in rescheduling our wedding from Oct 2020 to Nov 2021 and in managing any vendors we had booked by that point. Rita was incredibly patient through my bridezilla moments and made me feel heard when I had very specific questions or requirements :)
  Planning a large destination wedding is not easy, especially during a pandemic, and Rita really took the pressure off by managing vendor communications, talking to them at all hours of the day, and being a true advocate for me and my now-husband It can be frustrating to not be involved in every single conversation being had, but Rita kept us informed, consulted us if needed, and made sure things were moving along so that we could focus on other things. Rita was also very supportive of my specific vision for each event; her background in design was a huge advantage here and she was able to be creative in making sure my vision came to life.
  In the days and weeks leading up to our event, Rita and her team were in full swing preparing all the details leaving us and our families feeling very comfortable. Her team printed all our stationary, handmade incredible hangover kits and welcome bags, and ordered custom decoration pieces to help fulfill my vision. Given that it was a destination wedding in Mexico, Rita also made sure to review all puja and samagri items and have backups for backups to make sure we would always have what we needed.
  We could not have been more happy or relaxed during the week of the wedding. Rita and her team did everything in their power to make sure our families did not lift a finger the whole time. Special shoutout to Chantal who was always thinking 5 steps ahead of us and kept all our friends informed in our WhatsApp group! The team worked hard in the background to iron out any kinks without us knowing, communicated with vendors and resort staff for us, helped make last-minute weather-related decisions for us, made sure we were fed, and were on-call for our guests whenever they had any questions.
  Rita and her team put so much love and dedication into every event they plan and we couldn't be happier to recommend them! Hope we can work together again soon :)

  Ours was an interfaith and cross-cultural wedding. In a single day, we had a Vietnamese tea ceremony, a Catholic wedding ceremony, an Indian wedding ceremony, and two receptions (one of which was a formal sit down). Needless to say, it was a packed day with an intricate timeline. We are so happy that everything was executed flawlessly and we didn't have to skip on any small detail or event. On the day off, when I was freaking out that events are delayed (it was just 30 mins but I was worried ;)) and we should skip stuff, Rita was just in her execution mode and told me to relax and ignored me :).
  
  Our families were very impressed by her professionalism. On the day off, she went out of the way to assist in stuff that were definitely not her responsibility just so things could go smoothly. With her good people skills, she got along with all vendors.
  
  Prior to the wedding, she suggested good vendor options (we pretty much went with a lot of her suggested vendors after doing our thorough research). She reviewed contracts and suggested necessary changes. Closer to the wedding, when we could not take any more decisions, we just relied on her opinion.
  
  Given that she has several projects, you might feel delay in response months before the wedding. Usually, she will send you a text indicating she is busy with other weddings. However, closer to the wedding you will get immediate response.
  
  Overall I will highly recommend Rita for wedding planning services.

  Rita and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with! We met them about 10 months before our wedding and Rita especially, turned into family. She was there during every exciting, confusing, complicated and panic moment of the planning process and was willing to work with us on a very big vision. My husband and I were particularly busy during this year of planning but still wanted to be in the nitty gritty of each detail so Rita kept us informed and educated on all decisions being made in the background. During the wedding weekend, the team did a great job of responding to issues (which hardly came up) and there were team members available at every turn. Our biggest recommendation is to have someone with the groom's family as well as the bride's family. It's hard for the bride and groom to keep each other in the loop at all times so this could prove to be very useful! There's so much more to say but we'll end with this - If we could plan our wedding over and over again, we'd absolutely go with Ribha Events each time. We're so happy to serve as a referral in the future and talk to any couples considering Rita and her team!

  Ribha Events work is very good but Rita and her team are not responsive at all. I felt as if there was always a bigger and better wedding she was working on instead of mine. She wouldn't respond to my emails. I would have to sent two or three emaiils and called several times before I received a response to a question. When you are a bridge and trying to get everything done, responsiveness should be top priority from a wedding planner.

  Please stay away

  We had hired Rita and Ribha for our kids wedding w some 480 guests.
  
  Rita inserted herself into contract negotiations w the vendors and totally screwed it up for us! Her To irresponsible and shoddy work caused us to spend some 8-10% more than what we would have.
  
  She grossly overbilled us for work and personnel that she did not provide. She never got key decorations, tables/chairs, their covers, cutlery and rigging quotes in a timely manner that caused us to go over budget on these items by some 20%.
  
  Vendors were bringing in contracts the day of the wedding a d were demanding that they get paid right then! Rita was the worst!!!
