Experience
Pat Rhames, a resident of Fresno, was employed with the Fresno Police Department, retiring as Captain in 2007. He initially worked at the Identification Bureau (crime scene photography) at Fresno PD. It was here that he was introduced to photography and learned the basics of photography. After retiring, his interest increased in photography, which he pursued as a second career. He has been studying and practicing commercial photography for the past six years. He graduated from the New York Institute of Photography, the oldest and largest school of photography in the world.
