She is a well rounded photographer that also has done my family pictures for over 5 years. Love working with her.

Very bad at communication. I messaged and called her the day before, to see if we were still on and she ignored me. I even messaged her on her IG. I still didn't get no clarification that the photo shoot was still on. Me and my family still got ready not knowing if she was going to be there. Communication is very big and this is something she is not very good at. When I called again at my appointment time, she answered but she kept talking over me and laughing at the situation.
Very unprofessional. If she would've responded to me when I had messaged her with a simple "yes" or something, things would've gone differently. When she was talking over me, she kept saying that she was "busy". A person can't be that busy. Especially if a client is messaging you. She didn't ignore me when we set up to book and took my deposit though.. Worst experience I ever had with a photographer. Thanks Danielle.
