On the first of February 2019, downtown Greenville welcomed a fresh, new hotel with a variety of event space. From guest room blocks to rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, and wedding celebrations, we are the perfect place for your festivities.

Our whole hotel concept is based around nature and bringing the outdoors in. With beautiful décor in the lobby to ballroom windows that span from floor-to-ceiling, your experience will truly be a breath of fresh air.

Our Birch Ballroom can accommodate approximately 200 guests banquet style, 275 reception style, and about 300 ceremony style. For smaller weddings, the Birch ballroom breaks into three (3) smaller sections for a more intimate atmosphere. In conjunction to the Ballroom is the pre-function area, perfect for cocktail hour or expanding your event space further.

Next to the Pre-function space is our outdoor Courtyard with a fire pit and cozy space helping to bring the outdoors to your event atmosphere. If you’re ready to take the celebration outside, head out to our Courtyard area and enjoy the fire pit and lounge area while getting some fresh air.

Another event space, the Beehive, has flexibility with existing tables and booths, hardwood floors as well as ample built-in nature decor. Two of the walls have floor-to-ceiling windows, one that overlooks the hotel's Courtyard area and the other that overlooks Downtown Greenville. The Beehive can accommodate a group of any size with the ceiling partition that separates the room in half. Just one half of the room can hold about 20-50 people, while the whole room can hold about 100-200. A wide range of events can be hosted in this room, from bridal luncheons and rehearsal dinners to company and wedding receptions.

Our final and newest event space is the HiveAway room. This beautiful space is smaller than our typical event space, holding about 14-40 people, which makes it a great option for an intimate luncheon or conference. With amenities like a built-in TV, wine cooler, spacious counter space, and comfortable lounge furniture, there is no other space like it!
