The Red Horse Inn is a wedding venue located in Landrum, South Carolina. Located an easy 45-minute drive away from Greenville, South Carolina, in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the venue offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Its' natural settings make it an ideal venue for a relaxed destination wedding.

Facilities and Capacity

The Red Horse Inn does not host wedding receptions but is the perfect place for an elopement or intimate wedding. The maximum capacity is 30 guests. The venue is an outdoor venue with inside space for mingling.

The Main Inn

Experience a beautiful wedding for up to 30 people at the Main Inn. The Grand Terrace, Front Arbor, Wine Bar, and Reception Area will comfortably fit 30 people as an outdoor wedding location. With over 4,000 square feet of space, guests have plenty of personal space to enjoy the day’s event.

The interior is great for mingling before and after the wedding. There are two restrooms in the Wine Bar. The stereo system may be used inside and out before, during and after your event. Or, bring your own musician or one that I recommend.

The fee to use the venue for a ceremony is $2,000 - $3,500 depending on the time of year. You may have up to 30 guests.

The Event Venue fee allows the use of the venue during the rental time and the appropriate number of chairs. It includes the chair set up and breakdown.

The bed and breakfast offers three adjoining spaces to choose from. The Grand Terrace is an open, stone veranda, with the Blue Ridge Mountains as the backdrop. The West Arbor is a covered brick patio. The Gathering Room is an intimate room with a cozy fireplace. The venue also offers six guest rooms and six cottages for couples to choose from.
