My husband and I rented our tables, chairs, skirting and everything else you could possibly need for a wedding. We reserved our items. Then 2 days before our wedding we had to change everything due to rain and cold. We lost our deposit with Rental Depot. However, we still needed a handful of items to make our wedding a success. Instead of charging us more money to rent their items, they put our deposit towards the items we still needed. I will definitely go back to Rental Depot for my party needs again.

Pretty decent vendor, we were able to get the items that we wanted at the time we needed them. Likewise we were able to add in more items at the last minute, and thankfully they had the items in stock for us to rent. All in all, we rented: Dance floor, mirror ball and lights, pipe and drape, bass candle aisle candle holders, and a wishing well box for cards. All items were of good quality and functional for our purposes on the wedding day. Return policy was a little strict, as they want the items back pretty quickly, but all in all, not a bad vendor to work with. We didn't shop around, so I'm not too sure on the prices, how they would compare to competition (if there is any in the Rochester area).

They weren't very professional, and weren't exactly nice, either. But the price was decent, so we went ahead with them, anyway
