We got a magic mirror booth and our guests had a blast with it. They arrived on time, were flexible about our 3 hour window when I needed to change it a week out and provided great customer service throughout the experience.

Our Photobooth was a hit at the wedding. It was busy all night and came with two copies of pics for guest. I highly recommend using them.

Was happy with the service, product and execution. Any time I had a question prior to the event, someone was always there to answer my questions. Will use and recommend again.

We booked with Rent Event and unfortunately regretted doing so on the night of our wedding. I had regular e-mail communications with Rent Event prior to my wedding regarding the design for the photo strips that would be printed out and I had been in contact verifying the times that the photo booth would begin set up and become available for our wedding guests to use. On the day of our wedding, the rental was to show at 8pm, by 9pm I noticed they had still not shown and my wedding coordinators were e-mailing and calling repeatedly for a status/update on when they would show as well as how they would make up for breaching our contract. Rent Event finally showed up to our venue at 10:30pm, with less than an hour left of the wedding. When the DJ was able to announce that the photo booth was open and ready, we saw a large crowd lining up and then we were told by the attendant that the photo booth was not working because the batteries were not charged. Unfortunately, the attendant received the brunt of the angry crowd, even though I am sure it was not his fault. Rent Event told my wedding coordinators that they would offer my husband and myself a future free 2 hour photo booth for a future event. That was the most outrageous response, as if Rent Event expected us to host another wedding? Luckily, my wedding coordinators let Rent Event know that as an unacceptable response and argued for our refund. Today, 3 days later, we have received our full refund. I would hope that this company is better prepared for future events, as this was completely unacceptable and we will never consider using them again nor we will we ever recommend them to friends and family.
