We used Rent All Center back in 2007 when we got married at River Farm. I thought their customer service was stellar. Judy, Doug and Brent were extremely helpful and patient with me (a borderline Bridezilla as my brother liked to say). I kept changing my mind on various colors, themes, place setting styles and oh yeah, the tent liner. So there's an extra fee to line the tent at River Farm. At first I didn't think we needed the lining and wanted to cut costs, but after seeing it installed for another wedding, I just couldn't get that liner out of my mind! My fiance thought I was nuts and didn't want to spend the money, so I tried to dismiss it. For some reason, I just couldn't get it out of my mind.

The night of our rehearsal dinner, I did a 180 and changed my mind at my rehearsal dinner, calling Rent All to see if we can add that liner at the last minute. I'm such a pain, it had to be a difficult task, and they had to break down then rebuild the tent at the last minute for me. I'm so glad they didn't mind though, it was beautiful, and worth the extra money. Our wedding was amazing and my pictures are spectacular. Since then, Rent All is our go-to when we host parties at my in-laws, we also used their supplies for my parent's 40 wedding anniversary party, and they were great! Thank you Rent All, I'd recommend them to anyone looking to rent wedding and party supplies.

All of the tents/lights/tables/chairs/linens that we rented for our outdoor wedding ceremony and reception were all handled/delivered/setup with such ease and exactly as I was told and quoted! Great job!!!

We rented a tent, tables, chairs, and linens from Rent All. They were very professional and always got back to us right away. The day before the wedding, we had a miscommunication about the set up, and they drove back immediately to fix the situation. Overall, friendly people and very good service.

rent-all was a breeze to work with and reasonably priced. i compared their prices with other rental companies in the area and everyone was priced about the same. i liked that i had up to a few days before the event to tweak my order. helps you feel a little more easy about an outdoor event.

we used them for our rehearsal dinner and wedding. for the rehearsal we rented a tent, tables, chairs, and lights. for the wedding we rented tables. rent-all was flexible, answered the million questions i had, punctual, and easy communication. all the employees, from the sales staff to set-up staff, were friendly. i worked with judith and will email her directly the next time i need to rent.

We ordered tables, chairs and linens from the Rent-All Center. They were a breeze to work with and we got everything we needed without hassle. They dropped them off and picked them up without us lifting a finger. What a relief on such a hectic day! One less thing to worry about. The chairs were nice, the linens simple as we had requested, and the tables sturdy (if worn, but who cares when you have them under linens? They looked perfect). Very good price and very upfront about costs/timing.

We rented 130 silver chargers from this company. They were immaculate, like new, packed and ready for pick up the morning of the wedding. Doug Jones and his staff deliver professional service and goods in a timely fashion. We appreciated this, as even a small delay or an event rental not in good shape can cause chaos in a wedding. We rented a huge tent to cover an outside area for our reception. The company knew exactly what to do and was very responsive. The only issue we had was that they forgot one item we noticed during our rehearsal but they delivered it right away for our wedding day. Everything was great, overall

Doug at Rent-All Center was great about talking through various options with me, and was patient and accommodating when we requested a change to the tent placement on the day before the wedding. We were pleased with their service.

We rented fans for the tent at our wedding at River Farm. Judy was wonderful. She offered me advice on whether to get more fans or not and if I needed the sidewalls. She never tried to upsell me and gave me her honest opinion. She even refunded me money for the labor of the fans, rather quickly, because the wedding the day before me decided to get fans as well. I was pretty concerned about the weather but her opinion helped me out a lot. The only reason why I did not give the company 5 stars is because I think the sidewalls they offered were pretty expensive, however we didnt get them. And eventhough the fans were not very expenisve they were kind of small and not what we were expecting sizewise. But needless to say the fans helped keep the air moving in the tent and the bugs out of the tent so they were well worth it.

Judy and Doug were both very helpful. Initially Doug was a bit slow in getting back to me but overall their service was great when we needed then to be responsive.
