I have never used a travel agent before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I visited three tavel agents when I started trying to plan our honeymoon. The first never called me, the second didn't call me for weeks (until I emailed her asking for an update), and the third contacted me almost immediately--Regency Travel. They are in a convenient location in East Memphis and Michael Bevis was WONDERFUL. He emailed me over and over again sending different options for a tropical trip. My husband and I went back and forth trying to decide where to go and I'm sure we were a pain, adding more and more specifics to what we were looking for, but each time Michael just listened to our requests and he would go out to research then send over three more trips that would match that. He paid attention to our price range and advised us on private transfers, rooms he thought we would like, etc. We will certainly be sticking with this travel agent for our future vacations.
