Born and raised in Canada, I lived in Montréal, Quebec for 10 years and Ottawa, Ontario for 3 years. I lived in Back Bay near Fenway in 1985, for 6 months, which is when I fell in love with America and the Boston Area. I have always been a die hard fan of Boston sports and grew up rooting on the Bruins against the Montréal Canadians! In 1993 I moved to Chelmsford Ma where I attended Chelmsford High School and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. The City of Lowell and the Boston area is my home, and always will be! I became an EMT at 19 years old and was an ED tech in Lowell for 8 years. I have 12 years of experience as a Critical Care Nurse in the Emergency Department, ICU and as a Rapid Response Nurse. I have worked at Lowell General Hospital, Saints Medical Center in Lowell, Emerson Hospital in Concord Ma And Holy Family Hospital in Methuen. I have always maintained Trauma Certifications for both adults and children my entire career as well as BLS and ACLS certifications. I have worked as a Nursing Supervisor, a nurse in Interventional Radiology and from time to time, cover shifts on both Telemetry and Medical floors. I have been an IV nurse specialist for 10 years, and in this latest venture, want to share the benefits of this talent with you, by presenting Refresh Mobile IV Therapy. Dr Siva has his local roots right here in Mass. Went to high school at Winchester and from there earned his BS in Biochemistry and BA in Economics from UMASS Amherst . From there he went to Philly to get his masters in Health Sciences . Dr Siva went to Cumberland Gap, TN to get his medical degree as well as his MBA and finished his family medicine residency training in CT . Since then Dr Siva is board certified in family medicine and has been working here locally around the newburyport And methuen and Haverhill region . Dr Siva‘s biggest passion is hospice care and is the Associate Medical Director with Compassus Hospice . His philosophy on medicine is to focus on providing improvement in quality of care to his patients . This led him to forming a partnership with Ben to bring access to IV hydration to patients and avoid long lines at urgent cares and Emergency rooms .
