From the moment we saw the beauty of Redtail, we knew it would host the wedding of our daughter and her fiance' dream. They wanted indoor and outdoor space and there is plenty of it. The lovely dining room flows seamlessly to the oversized veranda and out to the beautifully manicured property. Then we met Jaclyn. She was the icing on the cake. Although she has many events going on, she made us feel like this wedding was the most important thing. She took care of so many things from seating to food and helping us make many decisions that were a first for us. Her knowledge and assistance made for a seamless and magical event. The day of the wedding the "Wedding Tee" was perfectly groomed for the ceremony, the food was delicious- many commented on the fact, and at the end of the night, the amazing staff sweetly scooted me out when I asked if they needed help and told me not to worry! When I returned for some of our items the following day, the staff sincerely wished all well and had all of my things organized and ready to go. Could not have asked for better! Thank you Retail!!

Jaclyn and her entire team are absolutely the BEST!!! I love them all! We had the best time and her entire team came out to take pictures with me because they told me I was the best bride they've ever dealt with! They loved the decorations and took such great care of them and setup the tables so perfectly! You will never see a more beautiful place and have a blast at the same time with the best team ever. Love you Jaclyn and you entire team!

Absolutely loved our wedding at RedTail Golf Club. Jaclyn was awesome to work with. She helped save me some headaches by dealing with chair and linen vendors for me. She was great getting every detail perfect from food choices to table settings. Would love to work with her again if I ever had another event to plan!

We looked at over ten venues in the Orlando area for the perfect outdoors wedding site to hold 150 guests that had a covered rain backup plan (thankfully did not need it), and we are so glad we found and chose RedTail Golf Club! The venue is breathtaking with the rolling hills, golf greens, and a lake in the background. It is really worth a visit and our pictures turned out amazing and just unreal! We had the best food thanks to Chef Kara. Not only did she prepare a selection of appetizers for us to enjoy after our photographs were done, but she also prepared full dinner to-go boxes so that we could enjoy the food after the wedding! Our guests loved having smores around the fire pit, and there was plenty of room for everyone to mingle and dance. Red Tail made the weddings of our dreams possible and we received many compliments that it was the best wedding our guests had ever been to.

Beautiful!!! Perfect!!!! Amazing!!!!! Totally catered to us for our event. Food was amazing, guests are still commenting on the food. Very easy going! Served us snacks the entire day while we were getting ready. My wedding was beautiful!!!! This venue was I would recommend this venue to any future bride/groom.

The site is so gorgeous! The Chef is really friendly and easy to work with. His food is gorgeous to look at and tastes wonderful! The entire catering staff was great...thanks for making my day so special :-)

First off, Red Tail is beautiful. I am so happy we chose this location as it is just gorgeous. During the planning, there were some challenges with communication and it seemed difficult to get planning taken care of. Communication was a bit lacking and it seemed as I was always put on the back burner because my wedding was so far away. However, once a new individual took over my planning, and I had a meeting with everyone, everything went like clockwork. Their staff is really quite amazing and they made sure everything looked perfect. The food was AMAZING and many of our guests commented to us on how great the food tasted! The guys loved the men's lounge and I loved the large ladies area I had to get ready in. All in all, Red Tail was an amazing location and I was extremely pleased.

RedTail is absolutely beautiful and provided an amazing venue for our wedding reception. All of our guest raved over the setting and the food! It is expensive but you pay for what you get! They took care of everything and I was extremely happy with the results!

Jaclyn is so great at accommodating all your needs and wants. Everything was so perfect. Our only complaint is that during the ceremony there were people golfing. Highly recommend having your wedding at Red Tail!

Redtail is a beautiful setting for a wedding. The staff is wonderful! The are full of great ideas to make your wedding as special as it should be! The food is amazing!
