We couldn't have been happier with our choice to hire Red Willow Catering for our wedding. From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless, and the food was, simply put, delicious!
The owner, Delana, was incredibly accommodating and worked with us to create a truly personal and comforting menu. We asked to build a menu of dishes that reminded us of loved ones, and she helped us craft a perfect spread of Tri-Tip and Cornish Hens, with incredible sides of Brussels Sprouts, Orzo, side salad, and rolls. Our dessert table featured various cobblers, and she made sure our small personal wedding cake--a strawberry swirl cheesecake--was perfect.
Our guests raved about the food, and the service was impeccable. The Red Willow team handled the entire setup and tear-down efficiently and professionally, working seamlessly in the background without interfering with our event at all.
As a final, incredibly thoughtful touch, Delana prepared a newlyweds tray for us to take home. This act of kindness truly capped off an amazing night.
