You guys... if you want southern barbecue served at your wedding, this is the place to get it from. They are overly accommodating and the best value in town! I am so glad we had them cater our wedding and our guests all agreed.

We had a backyard reception and red hot and blue provided the food. My husbands family is very southern, and my family is northern - and they all agreed that the barbeque was fantastic. Service was very friendly and professional, we had the full service. The men who served food were extremely polite and held the door open for me a number of times, offered their congratulations. You won't regret using red hot and blue as your caterer!

Red, Hot, & Blue had delicious food for our reception. I heard, and still hear people telling me how much they enjoyed the food. The staff were great and professional. Our venue also had a requirement for a certain type of plates, cups and silverware, and Red, Hot, & Blue took care of getting that for us. They have great options for your cocktail hour as well, and the price seemed unbeatable when compared with other places that we looked, and the food is every bit as good. I'd highly recommend looking into this place as your caterer. Just stop by a restaurant and have a dinner there to see if you like it. I'm confident that you will.

Absolutely delicious food, very accomodating servers. Uniforms are not really the colors I would choose (red and blue) but that was ok. The plates had the logo on them, but again, it is a catering company that does many different venues, and no one seemed to mind.
