And just when we thought her organizational skills couldn't get any better, she surprised us with a contingency plan for every possible scenario that might arise. For example, two moments from our experience with Ashley perfectly encapsulate why she is a must-have for your wedding:
First, about a week leading up to our wedding, Ashley was calling all of our vendors and ensuring that would be ready and prepared for our day. When she called the company that was catering our food, they told her that we never booked with them. Ashley calmly called a contact she had from another wedding she did, and almost immediately ensured that we had food, caterers, and people to deliver the food to our venue. She didn’t even give us time to be stressed about it.
Secondly, on the day of the wedding, as the groom, I discovered a stain on the rented suit that I had somehow missed during the fittings. Before panic could even set in, I simply texted Ashley and she came equipped with a bag of emergency essentials for every thing that could possibly go wrong. She had literally thought of everything, and again, before I could even be stressed about it, she whipped out a tide pen and resolved the issue in no time. Ashley quite literally prevented any and all stress on the day of our wedding, and I can’t even begin to explain how much it means to us.

But Ashley's excellence extended beyond her extraordinary organizational skills. She was more than just a coordinator; she was a true friend throughout the process. Her infectious enthusiasm and genuine care made her an absolute joy to work with. She brought a sense of fun and positivity to the wedding preparations, which made the journey even more enjoyable. It felt like we were planning the wedding with someone who genuinely shared in our excitement.

The wedding day itself was a testament to Ashley's brilliance. Despite the inevitable last-minute changes and unforeseen hiccups, she handled everything with grace and poise. I wanted to be able to wake up the day of the rehearsal and not worry about anything from then until after the wedding and really enjoy time with our guests. That’s where Ashley came in. She handled all of the communication with our vendors, all of the set up and tear down of not only our decor, but also the decor we borrowed from her. She created a timeline for us and was so sweet about not making it feel like we were being pulled in all directions. We were able to fully relax and trust that she knew what we were supposed to be doing. I didn’t look at a clock all night, but she had us right on track.

Oh my goodness! Save yourself the time and stress and choose them now! I primarily worked with Ashley over zoom in the preparation stages but I did get to meet Kelsi on the day of. From our beginning meeting to discuss my vision and plans, to the very end, they were wonderful! It was like working with friends in that they were very easy going and blended in so well with everyone. They handled my very large family like champs. They made some magic happen for us and created a venue from scratch. Plan A and B fell through, so we went with Plan C. No, we did not have a plan for Plan C originally so we made it up on the fly and they rolled with it and made it perfect. Everything from the table set up, the plates, centerpieces, layout...everything was all them! They didn't let me do hardly anything to set up and made sure I enjoyed the day! They truly thought of everything. Anything we needed or didn't know we needed but did, they were prepared for! They have a decorating package where you have access to a list of items they've accumulated and it saved us so much time and energy. We didn't throw anything away including flowers, which I felt much better about than buying a bunch of things to only use once. Ashley recommended so many vendors who all worked out beautifully and were absolute professionals. They've continued to be helpful with questions I had post wedding about storing dresses and saving bouquets. These ladies were an absolute GODSEND to us. You won't regret going with them!

I would recommend Rane Designs 1000x over. Ashley was everything I could have asked for in a wedding coordinator. I was able to wake up day of wedding stress free and soak in and enjoy every second of the day with my family and friends. My Husband and I were very impressed with her work. Not only did she execute all my wedding dreams/ideas but I love that you can see that she loves what she does. We hired them as our day of coordinator only, but it was by far the best money spent throughout the whole process.
