We couldn't have chosen a more perfect getaway ride for our wedding! The ride from our venue down Glenwood to our hotel was amazing on all fronts! The driver was engaging and very entertaining. He even dropped us off IN the lobby of our hotel! He provided amazing service and had our ride decorated with flowers and a just married sign! We highly recommend this service not just for a wedding get away but as a fun way to get around downtown Raleigh!

Raleigh Rickshaw was amazing! I admit I was nervous because our wedding was during the State Fair but our rickshaw arrived early for our exit and it was decorated beautifully. We had a nice stroll down Fayetteville Street in downtown (which is where we got engaged). Our guests loved it and we had beautiful pictures taken. I thoroughly recommend using.

I had a similar experience to the only other reviewer on this page. I found the booking process easy enough online and the owner called me to confirm specific arrangements, which I thought was nice. I asked him if he would touch base closer to my wedding date and he said he would call me the week-of to confirm. When my wedding week rolled around and I didn't hear from him, I called to confirm details. (My wedding the was the week of the State Far so I knew they would be busy.) The owner assured me that he had my wedding on the calendar and that they would be there, but sure enough, on the night of my wedding, my wedding coordinator approached me on the dance floor to confirm whether or not I had booked with them. I told her I had. Luckily, she was able to convince the owner to break from the State Fair to pick us up and he obliged and was there on-time. I probed him about what happened and he was adamant that he did not have me on the calendar (even though I called just a few days before to confirm). If you have a wedding coordinator, make sure he/she calls Raleigh Rickshaw the day-of to confirm pick-up. I think the owner is new at the online booking system and is a little disorganized with his calendar. (Or just book some other getaway car service for your wedding day and avoid the hassle and the cost).

My fiancé called this vendor to book them for our wedding night a week before our wedding date. After speaking with staff on the phone, he was advised to go online to finalize securing the wedding package. He went online, completed the form and paid for it. He recieved the confirmation email and we thought we were all set. On our wedding day we had our car taken to the hotel we were staying at in downtown Raleigh because we were expecting raleigh rickshaw at 11pm.... Only problem - THEY NEVER SHOWED. We tried calling repeatedly with no answer. We checked emails and never recieved any emails indicating there was a problem. So here we are on our wedding night bumming a ride to our hotel.
