The potato bar turned out to be stupendous for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The buffet had amazingly diverse toppings. It was delicious and fun as well as the talk of the celebration. We would call it amazing! What an innovative and great idea. We think Karen wrote the book on loaded potatoes. She was most helpful in the kitchen with superb and accommodating service. Karin, at the potato bar,went above and beyond for us. She kept in contact with me the entire time and was very fast to reply to any calls or messages. The potato bar was a big hit... it was hot and fresh and tasted absolutely fantastic. All of our guests loved it. I would highly recommend it for your event.
