Rahl is best Jeweler! Brad is fantastic!! They are extremely trustworthy and the quality is excellent - always been very very happy - takes us an hour to get there but wouldn't trust anyone else!!!

My fiancé and his family have been going to Rahl for a very long time. He got my engagement ring from here, and it is beautiful. About a week after I got the ring, one of the little side stones fell out. I took it in, and they replaced it the next day for free. They stand by their work 100% and want you to be happy with your jewelry.

We had family diamonds so we got to fully design my engagement ring. Tony did an AMAZING job!! I could never have found my ring anywhere. It is one of a kind and definetly everything I wanted. I would recommend them to any one that is looking to design a custom piece!

A++++. My fiance and I met with Tony and the owner's son (sorry forgot his name) and we told them what we thought I was looking for. We looked at everything in the displays and ended up picking a Simon G ring but customizing it. When Paul originally picked up my engagement ring, they sent the wrong customized ring. They were shocked and took care of any issues immediately. I didn't even know this happened until a while later when my now husband told me the irony of why he didn't propose sooner!

We had the ring in time for him to propose before our 10-year dating anniversary!! We are looking at getting a custom wedding band designed by them (but can not afford it at this time). We loved working with them and they always greet me and clean my ring for free when I'm in the area. Will do business with again as long as we can afford it.

Went to Rahl to have a custom engagment ring made by Tony. Whom for the record isn't really a designer (he actually has a picture of a hand sketched ring design posted on his office board made to look like he sketched it himself but you can find it on pinterest from a designer named Joseph in Seattle!!!). I had diamonds that were heirlooms of our late grandmothers so it was a very special peice to me. The consultation was longer than expected because HE talked forever. When leaving, I had an unsettling feeling like it wasn't right. A feeling like I had been scammed by someone who has been in the business of scamming people. I asked someone else and they confirmed that they thought he was seriously overcharging me. When we went back to get our diamonds and to tell Tony we decided to go to another place because of the prices (really because we didn't like him) HE FLIPPED OUT ON US. He wanted to know who we saw, where they were located and had to state his case and that they ofcourse didn't know what they were talking about and probably wouldn't do a good job. We just wanted to leave. My fiance was livid at him and his tone that unfortunately it ended up getting ugly. If Tony would have simply let us go this could all have been avoided. This is just a minor detail of my HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We went to another jewler and when she inspected the diamonds that were previously in Tony's hands she noticed my one of MY GRANDMOTHER'S LARGER DIAMOND WAS CHIPPED. This diamond went from his hands being inspected under a microscope with no problem and also showing us under the microscope to going into an envelope to then my hand to give to this jewler. Now I don't know how a diamond would be able to chip during that route between Tony and this jewler. It's obvious he chipped it! Her estimate is also $1,400 less than what he asked for!
