I cannot speak highly enough about our experience at Ragged Mountain Resort. While the venue itself was beautiful, the venue coordinator Jessica is the person who truly set this experience apart for us. Jessica quite literally gave the shoes off of her feet to my husband’s grandmother when she was struggling to walk in her heels. Not only that, but when this same grandma called the venue to coordinate lodging for the weekend, Jessica stayed on the phone with her for the full day even when his grandma decided to go with an Airbnb and not with one of the cardigan cabins. She’s the most generous person I’ve ever met and made the day feel effortless. From fulfilling every request, including getting a keg of our favorite beer, to quietly handling things behind the scenes, she made everything run seamlessly. Having our wedding in such a beautiful venue, and working with Jessica and the Ragged Mountain staff, set the tone for the whole wedding. A few additional notes: the food was excellent, and we were able to arrange vegan options for our guests. The Ragged Mountain decorations really elevated the space. Keep in mind that the venue doesn’t have air conditioning, and the reception is held upstairs with no elevator. We were fortunate to have mild weather in mid-June and were able to assist guests with mobility limitations, but this is important to consider depending on your needs.

Never in my 75 years have I encountered such a beautiful , dedicated, knowledgeable, compassionate wedding coordinator. From assuring a golf cart was available to reach the ceremony in the field , to literally taking the shoes off her feet ( she had another pair in office ) when she noticed I was struggling to walk in 3” heels ( stupid , yes I know , status post 5 back surgeries 😖😫🤬) Because of her I was able waltz with my grandson , dance one time to Bruno Mars and traverse the stairs to the bathroom . Jessica, you’re the best and the only reason I was able to enjoy my grandsons wedding as much as I did. I will keep you in my prayers , love. Joanne Gustafson

My husband and I could not recommend this wedding venue enough! From the breathtaking views to the amazing staff, Ragged Mountain was a perfect wedding venue for us. Jessica and her assistant Nolan were the stars of our wedding weekend. The 2 of them were constantly helping us and our guests to make sure our day was perfect. After our wedding we received the most compliments about Jessica and Nolan and how kind and professional they both were. Jessica was extremely helpful throughout the planning process and was always quick to answer my "random question" emails. Nolan was the first to jump up and offer assistance, whether that meant finding a different table for our guestbook, driving our guests to our ceremony, or carrying my husband's grandmothers dinner to her seat (which was a DELICIOUS). Needless to say, we are extremely happy we chose to get married at Ragged Mountain.

Ragged Mountain Resort fulfilled all my expectations and more. Jessica , Nolan and team are an amazing group who truly makes all your needs and dreams come true. From making sure everyone is relaxed and happy to decorations being turned on and ready to go.

We also booked a cabin and decided last minute (the morning of our wedding wanted to book an additional one. Without hesitation they got it ready for us within an hour.

Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful setting, delicious food and the great service that you and your team provided. We received the glowing feedback from our guests and we couldn't be happier.

Rachel, the wedding coordinator, was a perfect match for us: she was funny, insightful, flexible, and kind. She provided tips and suggestions for our ceremony and reception that were perfect. We had an amazing wedding for our daughter in November. Rachel was a great event planner with a calm exterior while she had an eagle eye on everything going on all weekend. The venue was dressed up beautifully w 70 yards of Chiffon and stunning flowers from Riverstone Floral designs. The ski on ski off cabins were perfect for the wedding party. The Mountain View Inn was a great place for the families to stay for the as well. I highly recommend Ragged Mountain.

We got married at Ragged last month in October. It was literally PERFECT. Our wedding weekend was everything we imagined and more. The wedding day went off seamlessly. We had postponed our wedding a full year due to the Pandemic and Rachel was so helpful. She answered all our questions and was so understanding. We also live in Colorado and so she really accommodated our needs- to book the venue she facetimed me in with my parents on site! She understood what we wanted out of our day and helped us make it happen. She didn't try and sway us but listened to what we wanted out of our day and it really meant so much to me. Every detail was taken care of, yet I was able to use my DIY skills to really personalize everything. We got married outside at the Meadows and it was stunning in the Fall. The food was a HIT- so so many guests told us how much they enjoyed the food. I have also had so many people tell us it was the best wedding they have ever been to- everything was beautiful and special, we danced the night away and everyone had a great time. We had the fire pit going and guests who were more comfortable outside also had that option which ended up being really nice. The late night food- DO IT. We got RAVE reviews on the late night food- it makes me laugh how much people loved it. Rachel even remembered my husbands concern he wouldn't get cocktail hour apps and brought over a full plate- I had forgotten all about it while we were taking photos but Rachel always had us covered. I cannot thank her and Ragged enough for everything. Our ceremony was beautiful and special, all the logistics went seamlessly, we had delicious food, great ambiance and we had the best time dancing the night away. The barn is really perfect and the vibe was relaxed. I learned to ski at Ragged as a child and to come back and get married here was beyond special. Best Day.

Ragged Mountain Resort was more than we could've ever dreamed of in a venue. The food was delicious for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day. Our guests were huge fans of the late night snacks option as well! The ceremony location has impeccable views and really does not need much decorating - our guests still rave about the foliage and mountain views!

Rachel the wedding coordinator was AMAZING to work with. She communicated consistently and made us feel like long-time friends throughout the entire process. She really listened to us and made us aware of all the flexible options available within our budget. She truly made sure everything moved along seamlessly on the day of. We honestly could not be more thankful we chose this venue and were lucky enough to work with Rachel!

Rachel and the staff at Ragged Mountain Resort made our special day absolutely perfect. The venue is such a reasonable cost. The food was delicious, the communication was spot on and the overall atmosphere of the venue was jaw dropping. We had so much fun staying in the cabins on the mountain with our bridal party. It made the day so much easier with being on site. Everything with the rehearsal, the rehearsal dinner, the cabins, the venue, the reception, access for our DJ for the sound, the bartenders, the wait staff were all wonderful and we don’t have any complaints!

We fell instantly in love with Ragged Mountain as a venue and hit it off with Rachel, the coordinator, right away too. She made us feel comfortable and excited during the tour, and that carried thru during the whole time we worked with her. Even when we asked her to do a ton of extra work to explore our options due to COVID. She was easy to work with and responsive when needed.
Everything went off without a hitch during our wedding weekend. Our guests haven't stopped talking about how amazing the food was (both for our rehearsal and the wedding) and how beautiful the barn was.
We loved everything from first visit to final dance.
