I had been in the wedding business and worked with Raffel's for years before it was time for my daughter's wedding. There was no question as to who we were going to choose for our caterer! Raffles delivers undeniably great food and are so easy to work with. Maggie guided us through the whole process and was there for us from start to finish. Nikki was there the day of and we couldn't have survived with out either of them. Maggie supplied brunch for the whole wedding party that morning, helped deliver sandwiches to my son-in-law's PD so those on duty wouldn't miss out plus having donuts ready to go at the end of the evening! Thank you Raffels for a magical day!

I used Raffel's Catering for my August 2010 wedding. My wedding was on a Sunday afternoon and Raffel's was perfect for the occasion. We had a heavy hors d'ouevres menu that was plenty for my 150 guests with whole pans left over! The food was fresh and colorful, exactly what I wanted. I worked with Nicki Raffel and she was awesome. Always responsive to me and replied to my emails almost instantly. Even when I changed the quantities of my menu items 10 times she was always gracious about it and understood a bride's needs. I have recommended Raffel's to other brides and even used them for my company dinner party! Great value for the cost.

I had a cookout for my wedding and got exactly what I wanted. Raffel's was very friendly and kept me on schedule with my wedding planning. They called me when they needed to finalize the menu and when they needed the final guest count. I had enough planning going on so this was a BIG help. They were on time with the dinner and it was delicious. Everyone loved the food and there was even a vegetarian option for some guests. I would suggest Raffel's Catering to ANYONE and EVERYONE! They are a lot cheaper than Vohndarhaars too.

Raffels was amazing! We had an almost completely vegetarian buffet and everyone loved it. I was really hard to find someone with good different vegetarian options that wasn't try to charge an arm and a leg b/c it was more 'groumet'. I got multiple compliments that this was the best wedding food people had ever had from vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Even the server had the event said it was the best food they have ever served! The food was even better than our tasting and was even awesome as leftovers the next day with family. We were so happy and the price couldn't be beat!

Raffels' was great, they let us change all we wanted to with the menu, and gave us more options than we even needed. Anita was our planner and she was a dream. She was a calming presence in the chaos, and did everything just as i asked her to. Our only complaint was that one of the staff was short with my mom at the recetion. Otherwise it was flawless.

Our friends and family really like to eat, and there was a TON of food, everyone ate to their fill and we still had tons leftover. i highly recomend Raffel's

Raffel's Catering did a wonderful job. The food was outstanding and the service very professional. They were able to have the reception hall open for the time that we need to get in. We had an open bar, and the selection and amount they provided was wonderful. Our guests were able to get the drink they wanted. I would definetly recommend them!!

They provided delicious food and worked efficiently on our wedding day. Many guests commented that they loved the food. Packed up and saved remaining meal for us. Even cut and served our wedding cake. They provided everything we needed to have a smooth and carefree dinner.

The food was delicious when we tested what we wanted to have, however the day of the wedding it wasn't quite up to what we thought it would be. For example the rolls, were slightly hard like they had been sitting out all day long. But overall everyone had a great time, the place looked awesome, and since they did everything, we just had to set up the personal decorations that we wanted and take those down but they did everything else which was awesome!
