They were also very accommodating and happy to take any photos we requested, ensuring all the special moments we wanted were captured. My partner and I did a couples boudoir session before our wedding in lieu of engagement photos, and it was a wonderful experience. Rachel and Kyle made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. They created a fun, supportive atmosphere that helped us forget we were in front of a camera and just enjoy the experience together. They have a great sense of humor and were skilled at posing us. They had a cool studio setup with rich colors and textures that fit the vibe of the photos we were looking for when we chose them as photographers. They truly captured the exciting time in our lives leading up to our wedding. They accommodated a few outfit changes and were prepared with an iron and steamer. We even got some photos in formalwear that they turned around quickly we were able to display at our wedding reception.
This photo session was the perfect thing to do after a hair and makeup trial, and we went out to dinner together to round out a fun date night. Besides the photos, now we also have great memories from the session itself. It’s been a few years and I still think about some of their posing tips/phrases. We would highly recommend North Arrow to any couple looking for a unique shared experience before their wedding.

To say working with Rachel and Kyle was an enjoyable experience would be putting things lightly. When we met North Arrow Creative, Drew and I knew immediately that we could not simply work with them, we had to be friends too. Rachel is incredible, the entire photoshoot session was exception from start to finish. Very professional, organized, and supportive, taking time to assist with the outfit choices and guide through poses. She's a very encouraging and genuine photographer, the final images exceeded my expectations with a polished and elevated authentic feel. Rae & Kyle managed to do something so much more important than just take cool photos of our wedding. They gave me my memory back. Everything was such a blur that day, I remember NOTHING. But having these perfectly captured moments to look back on brought the experience into full color. They so seamlessly integrated into my motley crew of friends & family, that it looks like we were all professional photographers, taking the pictures ourselves. Every time I look at one of these photos, I'll be infinitely grateful to them for giving me this once in a lifetime event to hold forever. Highly recommend if you want to remember the best version of literally any event. Pricing was in line with other local professionals, and was honestly worth the money. Put them in your wedding budget first!

I simply cannot overstate how much I recommend Kyle and Rachel with North Arrow Creative!! Their work is incredible, they capture such creative shots, and you can tell they love what they do and pour their hearts into it. Not only is their work breathtaking, but they are super star humans too! They are so easy to get along with and made our engagement shoot and wedding day all the more fun!

Communication and organization is also 5 stars, I just adore them and all they do. 

We will definitely be repeat customers when ready for maternity/family photos throughout the coming years!

Kyle and Rachel are awesome! We were referred by a close friend and couldn't be happier. Our event was a little non-traditional but they listened to what we were looking for, and we have the most beautiful memories to share now with friends and family. 

Where do I even begin with this review?! Not only does their work speak for themselves, but they are also just the most fun and professional people I have ever worked with! They felt like friends sharing our special day with us, and made sure my head stayed on straight and kept all the ducks in a row! They were the anchor in the storm of both wedding planning and for the day of, with brilliant ideas for pictures, being flexible with any changes on the fly and just flat out being awesome and a joy to work with! Also, their pictures are AMAZING! Everyone has raved about them and all we got was the teasers so far, which I might add that we got them only 5 days after the wedding!!! Don't even hesitate, book them for any and all events because you will NOT be disappointed!

Incredible boudoir photoshoot with Rachel! She made the whole experience, which I was nervous about, seamless, relaxed and even full of laughter. The photos turned out fabulous. Would recommend this to anyone looking for an experience to make you feel badass and beautiful!
