Rachel went above and beyond as our planner, assisting in key decisions and helping us create the perfect wedding. Anything we could have possibly needed for build up and actual day was taken care of her swiftly and professionally, easing the burden on us significantly. We had the opportunity of working with Rachel on a wedding at Whitehall and let me tell you, she did not disappoint as a wedding planner. From the time that she brought her clients in to pick out their rentals to the day of the wedding, she was extremely professional, easy to work with, and organized. You can tell she cares for each one of her clients and does her best to make sure they are in her best interest. I can’t recommend Rachel enough! From our first phone call with Rachel, my wife and I knew that she was who we wanted to work with. We were looking to have a short engagement, and Rachel did an amazing job of setting our expectations. She let us know that it could be done, but also gave us her honest opinion of where we may have to make some compromises. We appreciated her upfront transparency and Rachel continued to provide her honest feedback & opinions throughout the planning process.

We had many changes of our vision throughout the time we were working with Rachel. What started as a 20 person dinner, became a 60 person event, and ultimately landed as a 100 person tented wedding - yes in only 3 months time! Despite these changes, Rachel remained calm, upbeat and supportive - working flexibly and quickly to make our dream day and vision come true!! Additionally, Rachel’s connections in the Annapolis area, allowed us to secure INCREDIBLE vendors, even with such limited time to plan.

Rachel was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the whole process - answering questions not only related to our wedding details, but also helping to calm or reassure any worries, stresses and anxieties we were having leading up to the day!

When it came to the actual day of the wedding, Rachel was operating at 110%! She kept everything running extremely smoothly, efficiently and accurately down to the minute. She worked with all vendors to set everything up perfectly, allowing us to relax while she took care of everything behind the scenes!

Overall, Rachel created and executed the perfect day for us, and we cannot recommend her enough, one of the best decisions we made for our day!

We were thrilled when we found out Rachel was available for our wedding in June of 2022. We had already done most the plannig but as the bride I really wanted someone I could trust to handle month/day of logistics. Rachel was SO organized and had an answer to all of my questions when I needed a second opinion! The day before our wedding our videographer fell through, and Rachel swooped in and had a replacement figured out within the hour! She literally saved the day and now we'll have a video we can cherish forever! Day of the wedding, she took everything off my plate so we could truly sit back and be guests at our own wedding. We are forever greatful to Rachel and would reccomend her to anyone and everyone, one of the best decisions we made!

We loved working with Rachel for our wedding! From the beginning, Rachel was very detail oriented and her primary concern was always creating what we envisioned for the day. She frequently went above and beyond to support us (e.g. volunteered to take on additional responsibility coordinating with vendors, assisting with decorations, etc.). Rachel has a friendly and warm personality. She is a very sharp and effective communicator and knows how to lead people well to coordinate things on the day of! Everyone in our family and wedding party loved working with her too. She provided her services at a very reasonable price.

Rachel was incredibly helpful from the brainstorming phase through day-of execution. There were so many times I realized I absolutely could not have pulled off this event without her, and I completely recommend the Rachel Kelly Events team to anyone who needs support in the planning or coordinating process. Day of I could be completely relaxed because Rachel and her team took care of everything behind the scenes!

AMAZING!! I cannot say enough great things about Rachel! She was there every step of the way! We had to postpone our wedding three times due to covid and each time she was there to help communicate with all the vendors, switch up our design based on season, and most importantly keep me, as the Bride, sane throughout the entire planning process. On top of this, my husband and I moved overseas which added another layer of stress for me. That was no hurdle for Rachel! She gracefully handled every aspect from logistics, to design, to execution of our vision! She listens, cares, and has become a great friend!

If I could give Rachel 100 stars, I would. Hiring her was the best decision we made for our wedding. Rachel is patient, kind, budget-savvy, creative, kind, and flexible. She has become a true friend. She was available for every breakdown I had, every late-night call, with words of compassion & guidance that made me feel better each time. I could not have navigated the stress of a wedding without her. We developed a customized package to fit within my budget, and she went above & beyond my expectations of her. She worked with me for a year before my wedding and was right by my side on my big day. When our buses didn't arrive to transport guests to the wedding, Rachel resolved the situation quickly & professionally. She made sure that our special day went off without a hitch - and it was absolutely perfect. I will never stop raving about Rachel to everyone I know getting married - everyone should hire her ASAP!!
