Rabbi Sanford Olshansky is a wedding officiant based in Rockledge Florida performing customized, personalized weddings throughout Central Florida, including Orlando, Disney, and Daytona. He has been part of the local wedding industry since 2013, specializing in Jewish and interfaith ceremonies. Since his ordination in 2011, after four years of intensive study, Rabbi Olshansky has performed over 130 weddings, in Florida and at overseas destinations. Each ceremony was unique, just as each couple is unique. If you are an interfaith couple, he will acknowledge and honor family traditions of non-Jewish partners as much as possible. Rabbi Olshansky believes in finding a balance between what is meaningful to couples and their families with Jewish tradition. He usually meets with couples 3 times, in person or by Zoom, in order to be able to speak about them personally and to customize the ceremony. Rabbi Olshansky's typical ceremony runs 20 to 30 minutes. He also performs vow renewals and will participate in rehearsals if requested. Couples can feel confident that their beautiful, personalized ceremony will reflect the most important thing: their love for each other.
